our golden doodle got into some fire sticks(I believe that is what they are called) ? those cactus like plants that are new to the area since i’ve been here last, she only made contact for a second with this bush at the No 3 rd dyke park (i didn’t even know they grow down here now, I know they grow in the interior, but apparently they’re here now too) and she had cactus flowers imbedded into her hair (double coated dog too) and we had no scissors we could tell she was in pain as she yelped when she barley touched it looking for her ball and ran to us. At first I thought it was stinging nettle but nope. The women at Tisol on august 25 2024 helped us get it out of her ear and saved us so much money on a vet bill. They only charged us for the scissors, they were so good with her, giving her treats, keeping her calm , they really knew what what they were doing. Both women saved us a huge vet bill as I had no idea what to do. My mom has always said this location is amazing and the staff are incredible and man were they helpful and amazing today! I highly recommend them, and we will be buying all of her food while we’re in town from here. great staff , great business !! They made my baby feel safe, they are highly knowledgeable, and gently took care of her and she was back to being happy as a clam after they cut out all the cactus plants stuck to her ear hair. I was just going in there to ask what to do and purchase scissors and they took over and helped us so much, i’ll forever be thankful to the two woman working there! They completely went above and beyond!

I went to pick up some pet supplies. The lady working was friendly and helped me find some items. I got some treats for my cat but I enjoyed looking at all their products!

Wanna Give An Over Due Shout out To the Staff At This Location! There Customer Service Pet knowledge as well as accessories and supplies they are for sure Are All amazing at this location. We can always find items and the treats that our dog likes here. Plus the helpful & friendly staff, good location and great store hours make it easy to shop here.

The staff there were super friendly, was basically transparent with their return policies, 30 day returns and notices for final sales. Had some bad encounters with other customers (Some lady was very stubborn with some "seniors day deal" or placing an order or whatever, but that's about every retail companies, you get those people once in a while).

A great place to get all your pet foods from friendly staff nice environment very clean. Stuff are very respectful and go out of their way to help you very good place to go.

Since Tisol was the same as Bosley and Pet Food n More, I knew they would carry Acana. Lots of other stuff too for almost all animals.
