“Bryann(sp) was amazing throughout the entire proces (5*), she was kind and courteous and explained everything to me! The truck worked for what we needed, so all in all a great experience.

On another note there is an individual there that could use some adjusting in her customer skill set. Being that I dealt with her for the pick up the day before and the drop off the day after, I suspect it was not a 'one off' occurrence. Just abrupt and no explanation about my questions, pulling teeth would have been easier. I stayed calm throughout knowing I would speak with Bryann and get the answers the next day!

So, my suggestion is when you book here, do everything through Bryann:). Great human!

“5 stars. Open on time, staff are very very nice, very reasonable price, rental place is easy to reach. We rented Ford Focus and it was very reliable, hardly any problem on road. I rented thru website and contact them via email and whatasapp. Their replies are quick and responsive. They also offer free ride to airport as long as you return the car in working hours.”

“Service was great. It was a Saturday morning at the beginning of the month so there was a bit of a line for pickup, but I’d provided all my info in the app and things moved pretty quickly. Truck was in great shape and exactly what we needed. Drop off took about 5 minutes and the location has a conveniently close gas station to refill at before dropping off the rental. Overall excellent experience.”

“Although I arrived 20 minutes late for my appointment and had forgotten my phone at home (I was sure they had followed up), the staff were very kind and accommodating. My visitor, Sohini, in particular, was great, she offered an excellent deal on a bike rack, and they installed both the hitch and the rack. Overall, I’m really happy with their service and found their prices to be very competitive compared to other companies like Canadian Tire.”

Staff was able to assist me to navigate thru the badly designed U-Haul mobile apps! Much appreciated!

However, the U-Haul mobile app is just like what the app reviews are, badly designed.
Although the instruction steps on the app is very clear, however if you made a wrong click, or want to retake the photo, or want to go back to the previous page, you will have to restart the whole process all over again.

I had to call U-Haul customer service line 4 times to go thru both rental and return process.
Other than that, U-Haul customer service agents are very helpful.”
