I can see why they are rated #1A friend brought me here for some classes, I thought it would be lame..but that was a year ago and I’m happy to be part of the family here now.I never felt so welcomed and supported.I recommend this place to all my friends, a seriously fun place to work hard and get fit,I’ve seen all sorts of people from “first time” to “know what your really doing”I think they have fun group classes, private training, and massage. Just from what me and my friend tried.

A really great gym - whether you're a fitness enthusiast or a newbie, like me, who has traditionally hated working out.TRX definitely felt a bit intimidating to me before I came in for my first class - but I took advantage of their complimentary orientation and was ablet to show up to the first class knowing how to use the suspension system, the format of the class, and even knowing a few of the basic exercises.It's a great class that you can adapt to your personal fitness level. I also really like the format of the class. I may be out of shape, but I can I can do anything for 35 seconds! I love being able to take it one exercise at a time, and find the instructors to be very upbeat, helpful, and motivating! (Shout out to Feline and Jasmine who are both terrific!)

I was pretty nervous to get back into working out since the last time I worked out was pre-covid! I've never done a TRX workout before and didn't know what to expect but all the instructors were so sweet, easy to talk to, and were always rooting for you to push and challenge yourself! It's definitely a small but mighty community!

Such a welcoming and fun environment that is inclusive to all!Having never tried the TRX didn't stop me from thoroughly enjoying the TRX beginners class! Esther is incredibly helpful and has great energy to keep you motivated. Although it was a beginner's class, the exercises could be as challenging as you wanted. I definitely recommend it for those like me who are hesitant/intimidated to get started. The TRX is much easier than I expected and so fun to explore! I'll be back soon :)

l had just given birth when l met Esther. I was worried about my belly fat, and weak core muscles.Esther taught me techniques like how to breathe while exercising. My core got stronger since training with her and l also lost weight! Most importantly, she keeps challenging me. Sometimes I do not know what is the maximum that l can do, and she helps me reach it.

I’ve been coming here for over a year now. I’m definitely someone who gets bored of the same workout, so I really appreciate the variety and care that the trainers take in curating the daily classes. They offer variations to the exercises for any clients that may have any previous injuries, but show you challenging variations if you can handle it! Trainers are all extremely friendly too!

Sophie and the team have created a very welcoming, all inclusive community and make fitness fun. I have done PT sessions, classes and registered programs. My favourites have been the love to lift program, mobility with Kat and this year's transformation challenge has gotten me back on track with a more healthful 2023.

I recently joined this gym and it has been an amazing experience so far. The community is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making it easy to feel at home from the moment you walk in. The instructors are top-notch, not only knowledgeable but also approachable and always willing to offer guidance and support. The other members are a blast to be around and bring a fun energy to every workout. I am consistently motivated by the positive atmosphere and the results I have seen in such a short amount of time. I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking to get in shape and be a part of a supportive community.

Its been an amazing 8 months since I joined TC and so glad I did. All the instructors are amazing and each bring a different vibe to their own class. I have never been stronger or more flexible in quite some time. The best gym in Richmond! Keep it up TC crew!

I am currently completing the Transformation Challenge at True Conditioning and added the fitness portion for 2 months/8 weeks. I have lost over 12lbs in just 4 weeks. I'm learning to eat better and REALLY enjoying the group classes. Everyone is so welcoming and truly do believe in you. They show every exercise before you do it and have modifications for everything. There is a real special community at True Conditioning and I urge people to try it out. As an overweight woman, it was hard for me to go anywhere to get help with the fear of being judged and uncomfortable.. but I did not ONCE feel either at True Conditioning. Try one class. You will be hooked!!

True conditioning has been the best thing to happen to me! The trainers and classes have been amazing. I always feel welcome and love the laughs we all share during the workouts. Because of the amazing trainers, I was able to step out of my comfort zone at 240lbs and start attending classes. In 10 months I was able to lose 80lbs and felt amazing! I moved and unfortunately stopped attending for 2 years, and put on 25lbs. I am now back at true conditioning and can’t wait to feel strong and get back to my goal weight!

True conditioning is a fantastic gym with lots of great personalities. Teri is a well-educated and caring physiotherapist that goes above and beyond to support the healing and foundation building of her clients. I'd recommend Teri to anyone who needs to recovery from an injury or/and get a stronger body
