Good for a quick wash but don’t expect total clean. Price is lowest in Richmond. I always tipped the staff $3-5 and they will strive extra.

Second time here. First time was good, but this time after the wash when they were vacuuming my Tesla model y white car, one of the female staff carelessly swung the driver side door open on to a concrete brick lying on the ground that was high enough to scratch and scuff up the bottom corner of my door. The other staffs at first tried to deny this but obviously the one who scratched it came to admit that it did happen. Too bad I paid and tipped them $5 before this all happened. If not I wouldn't have paid it. They tried to brush it off like nothing happened and gave me a free wax which means nothing. Will not come back.

Came in for full interior and exterior cleaning / hand washing, and waxing for the first timeOverall, at a far distance my car was sparkling clean and it's shinyBut if you look carefully, you can still spot some left over wax residue on the nooks and crannies. I have asked the staff to wipe off the obvious residue before I left. However, there were still lots of wax that can be discovered after I went homeFull in/ out clean, I consider to be fair. Wax, I think it's a little priceyService is quite good and friendlyI want to give this shop another try on my next car wash. I really hope they can improve the attention to detail. I don't mind waiting for a little bit longer before I pick up my car if they can make the situation right.Note : they do not offer windows coating treatment. However, they helped to wax the windows

I used to come here regularly but after this last time I'm not coming here anymore.I paid $50($45+$5 tip) for the exterior+interior cleaning service. For the car that was ahead of me(BMW x5) they cleaned it very carefully, but for my car (hyundai kona) they gave me a completely different treatment. They didn't wash the rear floor mats. They didn't vacuum the trunk. I am never coming again

Outstanding job inside and out. This car wash is by far more superior than the drive in car was in kitsilano and the other one on west 2nd ave. For 40$ they meticulously cleaned the car inside and out. They took a lot of time on the Inside as I have a dog- so it gets quite dirty - so will definitely be driving back here from Vancouver to get my car washed!! I took my car here for detailing interior cleaning, including steam wash. My car is clean and bright inside out, even cleaned my seatbelts. They have very good customer service and detailed oriented. I will definitely return and recommend this place to my friends.Services: Auto detailing

Very nice...hand washed and dried. I drive a long way to get there. I love the family feel. Owner got it from the previous owner maybe April 2020...she made it so I always support!!
