Walmart in Richmond, B.C., is a bit of a mixed bag, you know? I'm not crazy about rolling in there, but the deals and cheap stuff pull me in. The toy section can be kinda cool sometimes, gotta give them that. Now, here's the real talk - those electronic tellers? Not my vibe. I ain't feeling it. We need more people on the job, not machines taking over. It's about supporting jobs, not replacing folks with robots. Walmart needs to hire more real people, for real. Despite the mixed feelings, I can't front - the place does its thing for grabbing budget-friendly stuff and sometimes scoring cool toys. It's not my top pick, but when you're on the hunt for deals, it gets the job done. Just hoping they bring in more human touch and less electronic buzz next time. You feel me?

very unprofessional customer service and not helpful. Their manager name is "Mahdi" is very rude and I don't know how he got this job. This is the first I got this kind of customer service and customer service employees were very rude and they misbehaved with me. Issue: I wanted to return a product which I purchased from Richmond store. I will never to go this store again. please everyone careful about their after sales service. I will throw away my $114.00 product, but I don't want to go to this store anymore.

Pharmacists are incompetent, need more knowledge on how to handle patients’ needs. Pharmacy isn’t the same as superstore, being good in your field is the minimal requirements for your job scope,

Smaller Walmart but it has a seafood counter. There is upstairs and downstairs with tight parking spots. Otherwise, it's okay. I find it quite dim inside with no windows.

Rarely come to Walmart... Especially this one... It still smells the same as it is last year... Do you walk in? It smells like wet, dog food... Really gross. The website is totally useless.

It's clean! Nice selection. I bought some small plant gifts and the folks I gave them to have appreciated them. T-shirts, food and Asian foods. Lots of variety. So happy to get cut up watermelon for eating on the road, too!

This location was clean during my morning visit. Parking was east in underground space. Department Manager Carolina was helpful with way-finding and assisted us with specific items. Thank you Carolina for your help and kindness.

I went to the pharmacy to fill a total of four prescriptions for my son after he had dental surgery. The pharmacy manager took time to confirm the antibiotic with the doctor and to look up information associated with the strong antibiotic. She answered my many questions. I greatly appreciate her knowledge and care!
