Cellphone plan was coming up for renewal. Victor at Costco Richmond was so helpful in explaining the plan and phone options. We moved 4 phones over with Victor’s guidance. His team is amazing and I am confident in our new plan and phones. Thanks Victor!

Took a ticket number and continued to shop in Costco. First in queue, waited for an hour. Came back and Stood next to the counter only to see someone else being attended to before me. So approached the associate to ask about the queue system only to find out they messed up my number for someone else and moved on to the next person already. During the whole wait never got any response from the system to approach the counter.
Waited almost an hour and Spent just a minute at the counter to know about phone offers . Never going to go back.

Poor customer service provide by the team member named victor he did not even check the phone plans he just said check with Roger’s on phone if they can provide better plans
