I love Zara. The clothes, shoes, accessories, everything! Sadly the customer service at this specific location can be pretty sad. Like only having one cashier open on a busy Saturday?Meanwhile lots of staff members wandering around folding clothes. Wtf? Whoever runs this store should learn how to organize their staff properly. Hopefully it'll be better next time.

Bought a suit in September. Just used it for the first time this week - the pants split at the pocket seams.Brought it back to exchange.Staff didnt even apologize for it, said I would only get the sale price without a receipt. And that it was seasonal - couldnt do anything.Very cavalier and unhelpful. Would have expected more from a brand like Zara.I hope I get a call about this so I get actual help.Update.so not only do they not take ownership of their product. They say it's MY fault??? AND...their staff actually body shamed me.Rips on BOTH sides of the pants pocket after one use and it "isnt a manufacturer defect".Also never had the staff or store management grom the store for body shaming.A $200 return...Zara cant afford.Sad and poor customer service. Unimpressed.

Worst customer service ever..no staff around, hard to ask for help, not even at cashier section. Need to wait at least 10 minutes to show up at check out section with black face staff.They marked up $14.10 more ($80) for black long jacket 2 days before black friday, then marked 40% off on November, 24.Then back to normal price ($65.90)on November, 27.

Zara is one of my favourite clothing brands. Even though I didn't buy anything from my recent visit but I really like browsing inside the store. I like the way they display all clothing and accessories.

Terrible service in the fitting room! last time my friend and I waited 20 minutes in line, but we were told that the store closes after 20 minutes of waiting. today I came at 5 o'clock and after 15 minutes of waiting in the fitting room I was also not allowed to enter, but I replied that I was waiting too long to leave. Why aren't people warned ahead of time? people stand in line, wait, and then they are simply told to leave. also, when I returned things from the fitting room, the girl rudely answered that I should hang them myself. I tried to complain to the cashier, but they ignored me. this is the first time I meet such bad service in Zara!

Terrible experience with an online order. Ordered a dress for $99 plus tax. Didn't like the dress, didn't even try it on and shipped it back the next day after receiving the package. Zara is refusing to pay me. The customer service claims that the inner label was tampered with. I did not even put the dress on, it was shipped to me as such! Zara customer service says every time I called, and I called several times, that there is nothing they can do, they have a strict return policy. Until that time I didn't even know I need to check for inner label when purchasing clothing! The price tag and the Zara label were attached, just the inner tag was removed. Why would I removed the inner tag and sent it back the next day! Asked to speak to a manager several time, the manager never called me back. Out of $120, thank you ZARA!!!

I was there around 8pm on Thursday. There was a big line up to pay, It was frustrating to see cashiers allowed their staff to skip the line and pay while customers had to wait for 10-15 minutes.I tried to provide a feedback saying that this behaviour can cause dissatisfaction but basically they ignored this feedback. They weren’t even sorry about that

Come on Zara Richmond ,you should hire more staff to hang back the clothes on hangers rather than bugging customers as staff was pushing customers to hang back the clothes on hangers properly what they have tried in trial room. I eventually bought few clothes without fitting?Worst experience ?If you have policy staff should inform customers respectfully or put a visible notice .I have been to Zara Hong Kong, Singapore, India, or other stores in Asia I have never experience such things to hang back the clothes after trying it.

The staff was OK. Shop during weekdays to avoid long line ups. But the perfume section should not be right besides the checkout line. People who are allergic to perfume can’t even escape from their perfume scents whenever other customers spray their testers.

By far the best Zara in BC. I've brought my new baby shopping with me here about 10 times over the past 8 months and they are always so accommodating for new Mom's. They always offer me the large fitting room that has so much space for my stroller and have let me skip the line since that room is often available. Today the manager went above and beyond to grab me something from the stock room personally, because my baby was starting to fuss and the team was a little slow at bringing the item to the front counter. Thanks Zara Richmond team - from a new Mom that sometimes just needs a little time out of the house :)

The store was so hot, that I was sweating through my clothing and with 6 people in the line, they had 2 people doing stock in front of the till and 1 person on the till alternating between purchases and returns. The returns lineup was being helped regardless of whether they got there before or after the people in the purchase line. One of the stockists said they wanted to jump on the till to help and the other employee/manager told him no, to keep working on stock with her. I left the store without purchasing. Horrible experience, would never shop there- Metrotown is way better and has self-serve checkouts!

The store is clean and got a great selection of clothes but there is a shortage of staff in the store which needs to be taken care off. There was a very long queue at the pos counter and only one staff member was doing the billing. Kindly hire more staff..

More than 100 customer in the store, but only 2 cashier working! 1 if these 2 cashier machine even doesn’t work! Sending customer back and forth between 2 cashiers. What a mess here! Even high school students could do better!
