The property offers an exceptional and relaxing spa getaway, featuring the amazing, one-of-a-kind, and relaxing Pacific Mist Hydropath, which is highly recommended. The resort provides a tranquil, quiet, and perfect experience for a relaxing weekend, with great vibes. Guests can dine at the on-site restaurants, enjoying delicious entrees, an incredible bar menu, and a selection of cocktails. The West Coast Chowder and Ocean 7 restaurant are described as incredible and out-of-this-world delicious, with breakfast also highly recommended. The service from the team is generally friendly, attentive, approachable, helpful, and professional, offering phenomenal customer service. While the price is noted as expensive, the overall experience is considered worth it, making the resort a favorite and highly recommended place for a wonderful stay.

This is and exceptionally nice resort, with food to match. We didn't even want to come inside the first night, the fire pits were so comfortable that we had them bring food and drinks out to us.

I can't comment on the hotel, just on the spa, specifically the caves experience. It was awesome! My only complaint was that there were no combs available in the changing rooms

We had a mixup with a gift card gifted to me from a Christmas present. Sarah in Pacific Mist Spa went above and beyond to figure everything out! She’s a problem solver with amazing customer service and she went above and beyond to make our experience that much better. She’s a young girl with a bright future!!
