“I still like this store but I don’t think I’m going back. The manager and staff are good and helpful but outnumbered significantly. Nice layout and lots of products. If you take longer than 30 days to get back there for a return, you are SOL like I was today. They have a nice extended warranty for products purchased there but maybe it is not worth driving past HD and Adam’s tarp and tool to get to KMS.”

I don’t know much about cars, but Austin made sure I was aware of everything going on at every step of the process. My car came out looking better than ever - can’t tell it had ever been hit. “So I had a bad taste in my mouth from how much the parts were marked up but after doing research I have to own up and say I was wronge. The service here is extremly professional and kind. Also good sense of humor. These folks have only made a slight mistake 1 time on my spark plugs and return was easy as I am a dingus and keep loosing my darn receipts. #adhd. The parts arive very quickly if they are not in stock. The lady at the cash till is a sweetheart and the dude with the glasses that wears the beanie is a gem. Also the chick that stay to the counter to the right of me is also awsome. Ive never had a bad interaction with them. They also treat military members and vetrans very well with prices which is very rare these days in canada. Keep up the good work folks ill definitely be recommending you to friends and family. “Sometimes things don't go according to plan.My tail lights were accidentally damaged during the installation of my wiring harness. After I discovering the leak, Corey took care of my problem by ordering new parts to replace what was accidentally damaged. It took less than a week to get it fixed.In my mind, the businesses that own their mistakes and make things are right are businesses that should get great reviews and return business. “The staff here were extremely helpful to break away a bunch of glass in a door of my bus that shattered unexpectedly without cause. They then taped it up with heavy poly so I could get it to its storage lot and keep the rain and rodents out of it until it could be replaced.
They did this with assistance from their supervisor/manager and wouldn’t take any compensation.
As well, they knew that my business would not fit in their shop to do future bodywork in spite of building this goodwill thru this event and would normally get future work!
I can’t say enough good about these fellas!! I’m sooo appreciative!”
