“I ordered a white fridge from Brick after 6 months of delays I cancelled my order and in November I went to Crowns in Salmon Arm and Bruce was able to find me a white fridge - it was to arrive in mid December; the manufacturer delayed their shipment in December and again in mid -January! Aaron from Crowns then dealt with the matter for a day and was able to locate the same fridge in another warehouse - despite extra costs, he got me my fridge a week later! Thank you Aaron and Team at Crowns you are committed to your customers- I appreciate your efforts to get me my fridge! And the delivery team was also excellent- went out of their way to protect my floors and walls - had to take doors all off to get it in but they were careful and didn’t rush - they assembled my fridge and took away all the packaging- great customer service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”
