“Dropped by the shop last week to look at items for upcoming fixture replacements and a shower renovation in my home. I was assisted by Graeme who was very knowledgeable, friendly and answered all the questions I had. The experience was very comfortable; no sales pressure or steering me toward fixtures that were high end and/or unnecessarily "gadgety." Good selection of bathroom and kitchen products, too! In the end, I found several items that suit my needs and offer sound quality and good features for a reasonable cost. Thanks Graeme!”

“I love this Rona. All of the team there is SO helpful and friendly. But a specific shout out to Michael and Mark(or matt? I can’t remember his name now - but he works in the paint department and it started with an M). They were the best. Gave me top tier service, helped me find everything on my list and they even gifted me a timbit. Oh, and the cute lady outside was full of jokes and compliments!! They need a raise stat:) RONA FOR THE WIN!”
“Was waiting for delivery from another company when they phoned and said they did not have the product. Builders were coming the next day. Called Home Hardware and they went out of their way to have the wood delivered within 2 hours. The customer service was above and beyond better than any other store. We will recommend them to everyone and continue to use them for any projects.”
