“I just want to add my review of the excellent customer service we experienced at Sidney Mattress, we bought our mattress 4 years ago and had a problem with it sagging. We phoned Doug who had us drop the mattress to the shop he sent away and the factory totally rebuilt the mattress and sent it back within 2 weeks, You just don't get service like this anymore and Doug should be prod of his store.
