“I have hypermobility and a curvy body. I thought shoulder pain, stiff hips and sore back is something that I am gonna have to accept and live with. It all changed when I bought my mattress from Resthouse. I never had pain or soreness even for a single night since. I fall asleep as soon as I lay down. Staff are very knowledgeable. They will work with you in finding whats best for you. Great customer service too. Worth every single penny spent here. Quality products and super satisfied with my experience and purchase here.”

“I am beyond happy with the pieces I purchased (Melvin Storage bed frame, headboard, and nightstands). From the ordering process, to delivery scheduling, and final delivery assembly the experience has been wonderful. Lawrence worked with me throughout the ordering process and even helped me correct an oversight on my part when I was placing the initial order online). They kept me informed of the status of my order. The pieces are beautiful, and you can tell the quality of the pieces make them heirloom pieces that I can pass on. Do not hesitate to order online if you can’t make it to their store in Victoria. I ordered all my pieces from the website without seeing the actual pieces in person (I live in Vancouver). The pictures look exactly like the products delivered, and the measurements online are accurate to help you plan if the pieces will fit.”

“I recently purchased an RV, and as anyone with an RV knows, the mattresses that come with them aren’t always the best quality. I decided to purchase two custom-made mattress toppers from The Foam Zone, and they were exactly what I was looking for! The quality is excellent, and the measurements and fit were absolutely perfect. I’m so happy with my purchase and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a custom foam solution. Thank you Yoke and Tiger!! Valerie N”

“We had been shopping for a variety of items for a remodel of our place in Victoria. Dining table, chairs, couch and ottoman. Of all the places we visited Q Living was hands down the best experience we have ever had. Brandon dealt with us and he was knowledgeable, kind and considerate. And most importantly he was patient as we were a bit daft on a few things. Their pricing was very competitive. This will be our go to for all our needs going forward.”

“We had a great experience here and are so happy with our new mattress after a month of sleeping on it. I know this is in large part due to the careful assessment that the kind salesperson helped us through to make sure that our mattress was going to give us the best chance for a deep sleep for years to come. Thank you!”

“Needed a new mattress for our rental property in Victoria and went to Sleep Country. The staff were absolutely fantastic. They arranged for same day delivery and I got the mattress on sale even though the sale was already over. Definitely can recommend the company and if I ever need another mattress, I will be back.”

“Great spot with an awesome selection of goodies. I found Good Planet originally as they are a stockist of the Routine line and offer refills, and that with all the other fun things and friendly service keeps me coming back!”

“We were looking for a new mattress at all the regular places until someone in the know recommended that we visit Fawcett Mattress for a change. A wholesale change, as it turned out, in our appreciation of buying a superior locally made mattress that is constructed with materials that are good for your health and beneficial for a deep, comfortable sleep. Duane Franklin is an enthusiastic exponent of the use of natural materials in carefully crafted Fawcett mattresses, bedding and pillows that can enhance your sleep. When you awake only once during the night, while sleeping on your Cumberland medium firm mattress, that's life changing! We feel better rested after a week of sleeping on our Fawcett mattress. One less coffee to start the day. Thank you Duane and Bart for your information, and the variety of in store examples of your product line. It was helpful to try out different levels of firmness to just get it right for us.”

“What an incredibly generous, helpful and supportive shop! I went in with a foam mattress I wanted cut to a very specific shape. No problem - within minutes, it was on the table being cut, and he also helped me carry it out to my car afterwards. Above and beyond! Any time in future that I have foam needs, I know where I'm going!”

“I've bought two pieces of furniture on separate occasions, both of the times from Fran. She is really a very personable saleswoman. I appreciate her kindness and the time she takes with the customer, being myself, every time I've gone. Great service and great prices. If you're buying furniture in Victoria Dodd's is the place to go.”
