“The tellers are very friendly which is nice but just like all other CIBCs they are understaffed on tellers and only have one person working as a teller. I have not been to the bank to deposit my business cash in a year due to the pandemic. There was a small line up and my transaction took about 15 minutes. The teller seemed slightly annoyed to count so much cash and rushed me out and told me to come back another day to finish my banking as I had other things i needed done as well. I get that he was trying his best but you cant tell people to leave because there is a line up and not let them finish there banking. I gave 4 stars to be nice but this seems to happen at most CIBCs and its frustrating.”

“Despite having major issues with TD taking a mortgage payment out, even after I paid off the mortgage in full and closed it, Ill give the branch itself a seal of approval. Dominka, Melinda, Shaun and Spencer have all been very helpful and accommodating, despite me being quite frustrated with the TD brand itself, and not hiding that frustration whatsoever. 1 star for TD (and all major banks for that matter), and 5 stars for this specific branch.”
