“I went in to Costco to buy a mat and happened to walk pass their kiosk and I just happened to meet Rahul and I just casually asked him a question about was there any special deal for Fido customers as I had received a text recently about a promo for an IPhone 14plus.Rahul took the time to ask pertinent questions and we struck up a friendly conversation. I have dealt with people from all walks of life over the last 30years or so being in the banking industry and I will say Rahul is one of those few people who has an extra ‘spark’ of genuineness and compassion and kindness! I felt absolutely no pressure as he gave me the various options and educated me about my choices etc and I did not feel a single moment pressured in any way.I walked away from the Store with a new IPhone 15 Plus and kept my existing plan and a fair price for the iPhone; especially because I don’t have to return the phone after 2 years ie buy out.My hope is that he is considered as a valued employee and acknowledge that he provides excellent customer service & professionalism; by being genuine and sincere which I am sure wins people’s trust and leads to reviews such as this!If I had my own wireless store - I would definitely appoint Rahul as a manager; because I would know all my customers are in great hands and they will pay it forward by referring other people to the store to see Rahul!Please do not hesitate to ask for him. “I made an appointment with Roger's at Southpoint Centre to upgrade my business i-Phone which I lease from Rogers. Nyatoang was the Roger's rep; she was prompt, professional, thorough, and patient, and offered explanations as we moved through the process of upgrading and transferring information from my previous i-Phone to the newer i-Phone. She expressly took the time to work the 'bubbles' out of my i-Phone protector which I found to be going the extra mile and for which I was profoundly appreciative. Last year we upgraded a different business i-Phone and worked with Reg, who was also present at this appointment. When I returned an hour or so later needing some unexpected assistance or clarity, Nyatoang was not available, and Reg easily answered my question and resolved my concern. Wonderful service, wonderful staff!”
