“Decent place. Some stuff can be found for good deals, and it's a zoo when they have "extra sales" like thanksgiving to really kick things up a notch. But some stuff is also "just a bit cheaper than retail, maybe", and it reminds me of the chaos of shopping in a national sports for those who remember those stores (basically stock is a bit haphazard at times). But if you shop well, you can save some dough on decent stuff here.”
“Went in to try on ski boots, already having an idea of what I was looking for. James and his staff were absolutely amazing! They were able to answer all my questions, or at least admit if they didn’t know the answer while offering to find someone that would. I never once felt pressured into buying a product, and was encouraged to take my time to think about my purchase, which meant a lot as this is a big purchase. Overall, the experience surpasses my expectations, the quality of service surpasses my previous experiences in top ski shops in Whistler, Squamish, North Van and Nelson. I will be sending people to this shop for their boot fitting needs.”
