“Friendly staff & comfortable environment, which are especially important to me with just getting back to exercising. A towel is provided, as well as a rag to wipe down equipment. Parking is also available for members, including those on a 1-week free trial pass.”

The knowledge between Ross, Jodi and the coach lineup is unmatched. Every workout you’re left feeling accomplished, proud, and absolutely gassed.
The effort that is put in to making each class enjoyable and making sure everyone succeeds is incredible.The support you receive goes beyond the walls of the gym and that is not something you often get from anywhere else.

“Anytime Penticton gets the job done. Not too fancy or glamorous, but there's a good quantity of equipment available for use, and generally kept in good repair. Sometimes it seems like it takes a while for something to be repaired, but that's not terribly unusual, especially in a smaller city, so it's hard to cast blame.
24 hour access is priceless.”
