If I could give a 0 I would…I was just there about 20 minutes ago or so to come to cash in my scratch and Win ticket that I bought the other day…asking very rudely to id me for a ticket I had already bought obviously if I bought the ticket I am of age to purchase the ticket she also made a snotty comment in a rude way “well you look very young” I am nearly 37 years old…and still I gave her my id she still refuses as yes it has expired and I told her my new one was coming in the mail due to the strike I haven’t had it but she still refuses to let me cash my ticket…if I bought my own ticket and I’ve bought tickets there before and never been id once im a regular customer…I can show proof…but yeah you need to talk to your employees about how they speak to customers if they don’t wanna work there then dont be there

Very disappointed with this place. The staff were rude and refused to let me use the washroom, even though I was a customer. They tried to lie about it and make excuses instead of helping. Totally unprofessional behavior — not what you expect from any decent business. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Feb 9 2025 at 7:20am, I drove a long way to picked up the 3 surprises bags order from Too good to Go . Because my wife ordered it in Saturday evening in this store. The employee told my wife that I can pickup in the next morning as far as my wife slides remotely and made a screen shot. At first the cashier said My wife have to went back in person and refused to help me . I called my wife, after communicating she began to serve me, but another girl forced her to refuse to help me, said according to 7-11 policy, my wife must come back in person. I explained to her and suggested that I can face time my wife then she can see her slip the app button, but she refused to listen to me and warned me not to yell at her. I wanted to talk their manager but she said she was the manager. My wife continued to talk with the girl who was helping me and gave me the 3 bags, I appreciate her. I wanted the “manager’s” name, but she stood so far, I said: sorry I can’t read it. She spelled her name very quickly didn’t want me recording it. I had no time to waste and left. Very bad experience!
