Aside for always being closed in the middle of the night, today I was charged $4 and change for two items that were a $1.59. it was about a dollar more after tax. I asked why I was charged more and she rang the items in again, this time it came out to the correct price. She mumbled some incoherent explanation. They were just two glazed donuts which she surely rings in several times a day, so she knows the price of them, obviously, especially considering she fixed it the second time.Lately you've been hearing a lot about convenience store cashiers scamming people. I can't say for sure if that's what this is but make sure you check the prices of your items before bringing them to the till, because at the very least the cashier's don't know what they're doing. That is if you can get it in at all. If it's past 12:00 a.m. most likely the doors will be locked in my experience. There are tons of reviews on the store saying the same thing The owner responds by saying they're going to look into it and that they should be adhering to their hours. Well then? Adhere to them. Nothing has changed. These complaints are ignored. No reasoning is ever provided either. Like why are the doors locked sometimes? That's got to be terrible for business... Usually the cashier's inside stocking the baked goods casually. Can they not stock donuts and go to the till for customers at the same time?Sometimes one door is locked and the side door is open. I didn't realize this for a while and thought they were closed at times when they probably weren't. But then I came recently and both are locked. Why do you lock only the back entrance sometimes? It's just going to confuse people into thinking you're closed, as most 7/11s only have one entrance. This is an inconvenience store.

Homeless Youth Problem At This 7-11 Location. I often encounter homeless drug addicted young men loitering in front of the store on a almost daily basis. These individuals are sometimes aggressive. The 7 11 garbage is often seen outside the store and the 7-11 staff don't bother to clean up their customer's litter left outside the store. I got solicited by homeless young man the other day to buy him a coffee. Vulgar graffiti is written on the 7-11 store windows and the store staff don't bother to clean it up.This 7-11 store seems to be an attraction for the homeless young men and the store owners could care less and do absolutely nothing to deal with this serious problem inside and outside their store. Don't be surprised if you encounter homeless drug addicted young men when visiting this store. While I don't blame the store owners for the homeless problem I do blame them for their lack of action in dealing with young drug addicted men loitering inside and outside their store. Customers should feel safe and secure when visiting a 7-11 and they should not have to encounter panhandling homeless drug addicted people.

The folks at 7-Eleven in Surrey our professional and they treat you like family. In fact I jokingly call the owner Muhammad uncle and the girls all laugh at me but he knows me by my first name and it's nice to be able to go someplace where they know you. One would look at the umbrella version of 7-Eleven and think that it's just a franchise but each location is owned by people that are dedicated to carrying a product providing a service and in this case getting to know the customers like human beings and treating them with dignity and respect.

Refused us service for literally no reason at 2 am. Doors were locked. Tried to enter, the staff just made a "neck cut" motion with his hand to tell us that they're "closed" but didn't explain why he wouldn't let us in. Not open 24 hours. It's a lie. I've lived in Guildford quite literally my whole life, just right by this 7/11 and have been coming to this location regularly ever since it opened. This staff member I'd never seen before treated my friend and I like we were criminals or something. I don't know what his reasoning was. He was mopping, took one look at us and made that gesture to tell us they were "closed". Other than Circle K, 7/11 is supposed to be the only place open in Guildford at this hour to get something to eat as the "24 hour" McDonalds was also closed. Ridiculous. Absolutely fuming right now.
