I wouldn’t bother with this 7-Eleven based on my experiences. Every time I’ve gone in, the shelves are a mess and I’ve found expired stuff just sitting there.
The staff? They don’t seem to care and sometimes they’re just flat out rude. The place never feels clean there’s trash on the floor, the counters are grimy, and it just gives off a neglected vibe.
Leaving a bad review matters because someone needs to call this out and maybe push them to do better. Honestly, you’ve got way better options if you want a convenience store that actually respects its customers and keeps things tidy. This one’s just not worth it.

I had a horrible experience with Simran. I ordered food On Uber Eats and only received half my order and the other half was the wrong items. I called the store and didn’t receive much help from Simran so chose to come in instead. Upon my arrival, I noticed that they had all the correct items that I ordered Which was extremely upsetting because that meant that Simran purposely without care packed the wrong items which is not OK. Simran was very rude, not helpful at all, and even was lying trying to say that it was a different coworker of hers that packed the order when I know that she was the only one Working. Rather than being honest and owning up to her mistake and trying to help me resolve the issue, she was very argumentative and even told me to calm down and was refusing new for the messed up items. This type of employee should not be working in customer service…. 711 please do better.

INCREDIBLY rude workers. I saw a group of young teenagers walk in the store to BUY things and the worker told them to get out if they were not going to buy anything when most of them were lining up for the register. The worker also yelled at the black friends in the group when they bought things as well. She said they were being rude and gave them dirty looks when they were simply paying. I would avoid the brown female worker with glasses. Incredibly rude and racist. 7-eleven do better.

Not allow to use their washroom . When all use uber car for ride so why uber driver not get allow to use their gas sation washroom.it’s disgusting and disrespectful

When I first walked in I was impressed by the cleanliness. After today's visit I'll never go back. I can't believe the experience I have every single time I go. I am a disabled person who walks with a cane, and Mel specifically has been nothing but belligerent and rude with me through the checkout process every single time. She even charged me for a bag on one visit, then practically threw the bag at me when I asked if it had handles. She assumed I wanted her to bag it for me. I did not, I wanted to know if the bag had handles.
I was just in with my friend, and I overheard Mel telling another coworker how someone is taking medication and "shouldn't be taking it" because "exercise is the best medication". I have a bone disorder. If exercise cured it I'd have been cured as a child in Phys Ed class. A person's medications are between them and their DOCTOR. Believe what you want, but your beliefs don't change the lives of other people. You actively went out of your way to make such a comment with a cane using customer in the store. You should be embarrassed. I truly hope you don't become disabled in your lifetime. I actively watched you treat my friend better than me because you didn't know we were together until he asked if I wanted him to take the bag. You failed a pretty basic test.
If there's a dispute with what I've talked about I'm sure they wouldn't mind pulling up the camera. Even without audio, you can see her practically toss the bag at me when all I asked was if it had handles. But if you talk over customers, how are you supposed to hear what they said?

AVOID this location and go down the street to a place that values your business and honors their opening times. my buddy and I came to this location around 3 am and the $&@hole employee said they were closed and kept the door locked. i then started to film to show management later and he let us in but accosted us, was very rude and hostile. AVOID AND GO DOWN THE STREET!!

I continue to find the employees unnecessarily and extremely rude, on an ongoing basis, regardless of who you are and/or how pleasant and respectful the customer(s) remains despite the rudeness shown by the individual(s) working.There's been one employee only, who's remained polite enough, but nothing over the top. Such as, actually pleasant or anything.Otherwise, as I explained above and also in my previous comment(s), the whole string of employees at this particular location remain dismissive and rude to all shoppers who are unfortunate enough to visit that location.It's unfortunate, that so many ppl are either that unhappy with .... their lives or themselves possibly, that they use up so much energy in order, to treat others in such an undeserving manner.Especially, in situations like this where their incentive is to earn a, (I'd assume) decent enough income to provide a comfortable living for themselves.It just blows me away and makes no sense to me. Anymore, rather than continue the feelings of spite and dislike, as I used to, I try to just feel sorry for them.If they're truly so unhappy in their own lives that they feel the need to mark everybody else's with such negativity then we should surely feel relieved to be on this side of that counter, I suppose.
