The guy working on the front desk does not have any knowledge how customer service work. I wanna buy the lotto and he is asking Id for the person who is with me too. He does not know how to talk with people. Customer service is at worst here. Just go to tim hortons otherwise go somewhere do not waste time here

They are always randomly closed! I live nearby so it's annoying to go there for nothing. Also covered in homeless people and rude staff. This place needs a major clean up.

This location is not open 24 hours A-day. They are closed from 12:00 a.m. to 5:00 a.m... Their hours of operation have been this way for over a year and it still says open 24 hours here on Google...

I have seen a lot of negative review for this store but my experience was totally different as the staff was really helpful and nice. They have helped me in getting the stuff i need and been very kind till the end of shopping. The store is small but they have alot of stuff here. They need to update their time and everything else is good

My kids went to 7-11 to get some treats for themselves, the store was closed. The didn't want gas, they walked there. All they wanted was some snacks & drinks. Store was closed from 12p - 5a. Staff were just sitting there doing nothing. Staff wasn't very friendly either. So not impressed!
