Had the same unpleasant experience as the previous reviewer today. The female cashier asked to enter my phone number, and I politely declined. She asked again, as if I hadn’t understood her. I ordered a bag for $50 worth of treats, but received no service at all—no smile, no greeting, and she just stared at me while I bagged my items myself. I won’t be returning to this store.

Went there around 1:45-1:50 to the Fleetwood location. As I was checking out the lady who was working cash during that time told me “Press in your phone number.” “ I replied sternly but politely “sorry no thank you” I used to work retail even though it wasn’t at a gas station I completely understand it is instructed they ask. Then she forecefully demanded for the third time completely ignoring my boundaries that I set.I told her sorry no thank you” I kept it cool because, at the end of the day, it’s nothing to create a fuss over. I paid for my stuff and still kept a smile, she looked at me with annoyance. I’m wondering if there’s maybe a conversion system they have to keep up, I used to work retail and in some places they make you keep up a certain percentage of sign-ups for loyalty programs. If that’s the case I sympathize with her wanting to do well. However, it isn’t my responsibility if she asked for the second time nicely even explaining the situation I would gladly. I’m glad I stood my ground but I hope she doesn’t harass more people into giving personal information. This feels wrong and also illegal and made made me feel very uncomfortable.i did in the end say thank you hoping she isn't upset but she didn't say anything back and kept angry look. No customer owes you their phone number so you cant ignore rejections and keep asking again and again in a harassing manner. Ask nicely if its that important and people will gladly help.

Today i visit this 7-11 petro gas station. Great service provide by Sales associate Komal I was surprised that how she is trying to keep store neat and clean. The best part is she was having transactions quickly as much as she can and dealing with consumers patiently. 5 star service

Favourite location by far. Always recommend with online orders. Workers are very friendly and helpful. I always go at night fill gas and buy snacks, workers always start a nice conversation which i enjoy. 10/10.

I bought a faulty vape device from them yesterday, and now have wasted almost an hour trying to replace it with a valid receipt. Someone explain to me how that works? This one is the most terrible of all the bad customer locations that I have seen. He calls me rude for getting upset that I am being asked to come back another day? Really?

Awful I stopped going there a year ago they'll always be bad tried again Awful service. I wanted a burger and to microwave it he said I wasn't allowed even though the 7/11 sticker said to try it hot. My mistake for thinking it would change

I had a really unpleasant encounter with a guy named Vivek at my regular 7-11 store. Despite being a loyal customer for a long time, he displayed extreme rudeness during my recent visit. After using the self-checkout and requesting bags at the front, he actually charged me for the bags, which was unexpected. As I was putting my items into the bag right in front of him, ready to leave the store, he called me back and asked, in a very rude and confrontational manner, what I had purchased. It was baffling because he had clearly seen me putting the items in the bag. He even raised his voice, making me feel like I was being accused of stealing, even though I had paid for everything. This incident happened on May 12th at around 2:35 AM. I must say, this was the first time in my life that someone made me feel so humiliated and mistrusted. Needless to say, I won't be visiting that store again.

Staff went above and beyond to satisfy the special instructions I included on my SkipTheDishes order. They included a complimentary drink, extra order of nachos and a nice note!

Poor service all around. Cold and unfriendly employees. On two separate occasions the door was locked and I didn't understand why. Once, myself and two others waited outside wondering what was going on until a young worker unlocked it, said he was on break, and now we could come in to pay. Not the way to run a 24 hour convenience store.

Service is absolutely horrible and the cashiers don't know what the hell they're are doing half the time. Cashiers are incredibly rude and don't listen to the customers.

I usally visit this 7-11 petro gas station. Great service. Employees are very helpful and store is well oraganised. Last time i visited here tuesday and i ordered some taquatios which were very fresh. Thank you harkaml for giving good service , she is nice girl.
