I ordered for wings deal. It was made fresh out of oven and then they switched the wings on the shelf to bucket, freshly made was placed in the shelf nicely and gave the chicken on the shelf to me! Are these guys normal!?

Went to buy stuff today with my grandma at this store but unfortunately that guy was not there today. We see this guy on every weekends who works there named Ali he & one more guy is really good and ali specially speaks in mannered way to elderly people (my grandma) they have everything in store and store was clean there was a busy line but my grandma is old he quickly took our transaction and we left both guys were good but my grandma likes that guy soo much that she always appreciate him great employees and great store

I bought rockstars and I forgot to use my membership account, so I'm charged full price, not a big deal, but the clerk telling me he can't do refunds once I've walked out the door is wild? Since when. Whoever was working Aug 16th, 2024 @630am , you're the reason I'm giving this place a 2 out of 5

I made a purchase of approximately $40. The cashier was friendly. She said my debit didn't work, likely their system. I informed her that's not a problem and used my visa. I went home and saw that my bank account was debited twice as well as my visa.
I went back to the same 7 eleven location on 72nd in Surrey. Spoke with the store manager Ashmeet. I was not angry or annoyed, just wanted to let them know to refund my account however after the way that Ashmeet handled this I am furious and in complete disbelief that this individual is allowed to deal with customers.
When I showed him my phone with the transactions he was very blasé. Simply said oh this happens all the time. Blamed my bank. He said to just wait and it will reverse itself. When I asked how long he said or probably around 7 days. Did not apologize or appear remorseful.
I informed him that it's not my banks fault. It's their system which showed that my transaction did not go through and then debited the funds out of my account twice, that's almost $80 which I cannot use for up to 7 business days. While this is OK for me as I do not need the funds it may not be ok for someone that is relying on the money therefore he should understand, empathize and provide this feedback to someone in the company who can try and change this so customers are not inconvenienced.
Ashneet did not even try to understand what I was attempting to say. Instead he grew belligerent and started saying things like I did not take your money, it's not our fault, it happens all the time so just wait and other useless things.
I felt very disrespected. I've never delt with a person like this before. I am a polite person who minds their own business and keeps interactions transactional therefore I do not get into arguments with people however I do expect people to provide atleast decent customer service, not blatantly disrespect what I have to say.
Ashneet should be provided proper training on how to deal with customers. 7 eleven is an established company and its very disappointing that they are not able to have a proper debit card system (if this happens all the time) or provide their store manager on how to handle customers.

Me and my boyfriend are regulars. And we live really close to here. But over time I have noticed that this place is price gouging people they are selling back of Doritos for almost $7 after taxes not just Doritos, alternate chips that used to be $ 3 are sold for $5 and plus taxes. The only thing worth purchasing from this place is their coffee and maybe donut treats it’s incredibly greedy and sick. Me and my boyfriend have made the decision to stop shopping here. Because frankly now it’s a matter of simply not affording this “Convenient” store. That’s all just disappointed.

it is a great store, very clean and good snacks and foods! ,two thing i was upset of is when i paid for snacks i realized after i left the store i had to get 3 dollars back but they didn’t even tell me that there was change, and just put it in the cashier. Ididnt really like how i was shopping and they were keep staring at me, i felt very uncomfortable which gave me weird vibes. Overall this is a good store.

The workers are ridiculously rude and will accuse you of stealing because they're bored. I went in to buy a big gulp and didn't notice that there was a sign at the front stating they were only accepting cash. Once I realized after grabbing my drink I went up to the counter to apologize and ask what I could do because I had only brought my card, the girl was incredibly rude and told me she had said to me when I entered that they were only accepting cash. I said that if she did say this to me I must not have heard her, and she needed to be more observant of if the people she had warned of this had heard her. She was once again incredibly rude, treating me like I was attempting to steal this big gulp because I hadn't noticed they were only taking cash. this is not the first negative experience I've had with this 7 eleven, and especially not this worker who is usually exceptionally rude to me. I cannot believe how rude they allow their employees to be to their customers, if I could leave negative stars I would.

The staff here are great and friendly. The store is always clean, never sticky floors, and the beverage and slurpee areas are always free of trash and messes. They always say hello and are very nice and helpful. They do get treated poorly by a lot of customers and they are always professional and calm. Customers in bad moods sadly take it out on whoever they see first. They always say thank you and are smiling and happy to see you. The cashiers often run two tills at once to speed up check out when it’s busy which is awesome.
