Worst service I had ever seen. Specially the Punjabi girls. They don’t know how to talk with a customer. Customer service was ridiculous. One rating because there is an option otherwise no star for them. ???

Food was just normal…bought food from the store some of the food was left asked for a bag and the cashier asked Us to pay again…not really a thing which she should be doing for a regular A&W customer. This is not a customer service thing which she is following.

Proper food handling is NOT occurring here. Staff members handle money, cash register and debit machine and then proceed to make your food without washing their hands. Had to get a refund on two separate occasions.

Great food, tastes like any typical A&W restaurant. The staff were super nice and friendly. The restaurant also has dine in and located super close to King George station, which makes it easy for transit commuters.Has very limited parking. Highly recommended.

Worst location ever! Overpriced, greasy food, slow service. They made a mistake on my order, I said one orange juice they double charge me for two on my visa. Stay away from this place and go to another location to get better service! A and W team if you’re reading this, get orders right and quit being slow with your orders and service! You lost me as a customer! Won’t be coming back to this location ever again!

Ordered a double buddy burger with cheese and bacon on skip and I was given some burger with one paddy, pickles, raw onions, ketchup and mayo. Not even close to my order. Your job literally requires no skill whatsoever, a high school student could do your job and you still can’t even check to make sure you’re giving someone the correct item ? I paid 3$ in service fees and bag taxes, and another 3$ in tips just to receive something I won’t eat and will still have to pay because of your employees incompetence.

Dear A&W Management Team,I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent experience at your restaurant. During my visit on November 25th, around 7:10 PM, I encountered a situation that has significantly affected my perception of your establishment.Upon needing to use the restroom facilities, I was dismayed to find them out of order. While I understand that such incidents can occur, it was the response from one of your staff members that truly upset me. In a brief interaction, I mentioned the inconvenience in a normal tone. However, a male employee in the kitchen responded in Punjabi, saying "ki kriye fr" ("what should I do") in a manner that came across as extremely rude and dismissive.This response was not only unprofessional but also created an unwelcoming and uncomfortable atmosphere. It is concerning that such an attitude is displayed towards customers, as it reflects poorly on your establishment's commitment to customer service.Given the seriousness of this issue, I urge you to investigate this matter and take appropriate steps to ensure that all staff members are adhering to a standard of professionalism and courtesy. This experience has left me reluctant to visit A&W again, and I hope to see improvements in both customer service and facility maintenance in the future.Thank you for your attention to this matter.
