I try a lot of time to contact them but they doesn’t answered

Horrible. First, they required the insurance papers that were IN OUR STOLEN CAR.Then, they stated on the phone that they deal with ICBC, but when we got there they said they can't rent us a car because ICBC was closed today. They made us drive all the way there and we didn't even get a rental.

Stay away from them, They say its cheap but they will not give you back the deposit. Effectively it’s more expensive than the other rental companies.
