I’m a customer who purchased a used vehicle from this dealership in August 2023. At the time of signing the contract, an insurance policy was included—something I had neither requested nor been informed about in advance. It was only mentioned to me right before signing, and I agreed under the impression that I would be protected in case any issues arose. Unfortunately, my experience has been the opposite.
In October 2023, the oil tank developed a leak. I took the car to the dealership’s service center and paid nearly $1,000 for the repair. I was told they would start a claim with the insurance company to process a refund. As of today—almost two years later—I haven’t received a single update or reimbursement. On multiple occasions, I’ve been ignored by the person in charge of the service department.
To make matters worse, last summer I brought the car in for its annual service on a Friday. By the following Tuesday, I received a low oil alert. I returned the vehicle to the service center, and one of the employees confirmed that the car was almost out of oil—even though the service was supposed to include an oil change. This is not only a serious oversight but also a safety concern.
I live in downtown Vancouver and have had to drive all the way to Surrey multiple times, wasting time and money on a service that is clearly unreliable. Despite all the inconvenience, I never received an apology or any gesture of compensation.
I do not recommend this dealership—poor communication, poor service, and a lack of accountability, I will submit an inquiry to the VSA as well as the Better Bussiness Bureau.

After sales service is very poor . Although m happy with the purchase but after the deal is done owner didn’t even want to listen as tried to talk to him and he kept us waiting for 20 mins and then ask to come in evening . My car is missing the tool kit and spare tire which was completely denied by the dealership that this car wasn’t having any spare tire and tool kit which I felt bad . I agreed that it’s my mistake too that I didn’t check before payment but atleast they should show some gesture .

I recently purchased a car from this dealership and unfortunately, my experience has not been a positive one. After just one week of driving my new car, the air bag sensor, traction control sensor, ABS sensor, and ebrake sensor all turned on. This was a major red flag for me as these are important safety features that should not be malfunctioning so soon after purchasing a vehicle.I understand that used cars may have some issues, but I expected better from a reputable dealership. It is clear that the car was not thoroughly inspected before being sold to me, and the fact that they did not fix the broken mirror only adds to my frustration.I have reached out to the dealership multiple times to address these issues, but have not received a satisfactory response. This lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable. Also, this dealership had a history of advertising lower prices and then charging customers more when they arrive.Overall, I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this dealership. Not only did I have to deal with multiple sensor malfunctions, but the broken mirror was not fixed as promised. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone and I regret my decision to purchase a car from them.

I recently purchased a car from a dealership and unfortunately, it turned out to be a complete nightmare. Not only did I pay a significant amount of money for the car, but I also discovered that it had mold growing inside of it.At first, I was excited about my new purchase. The car looked great and seemed to be in good condition. However, after a few days of driving it, I noticed a musty smell coming from the vents. I didn't think much of it at first, but as the days went by, the smell became stronger and more unbearable.I decided to take the car to a mechanic to get it checked out. To my horror, the mechanic found mold growing in the air conditioning system. He explained that this was a common issue in cars that have been sitting on the dealership lot for a long time. The dealership had clearly not properly maintained the car before selling it to me.Not only was this a health hazard, but it also meant that the car was not in the condition that I was promised. I immediately contacted the dealership and explained the situation. However, they were not willing to take responsibility for their mistake. They claimed that the car was sold 'as is' and that it was my responsibility to get it checked before purchasing.I was shocked and disappointed by their response. As a customer, I trusted that the dealership would sell me a safe and reliable car. I never expected to find mold growing in my car just days after purchasing it. This experience has left me feeling cheated and taken advantage of.I urge anyone considering purchasing a car from this dealership to think twice. Not only did they sell me a car with mold, but their lack of accountability and customer service is unacceptable. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone and I regret ever stepping foot on their lot.In conclusion, my experience with this dealership has been nothing short of a nightmare. I was sold a car with mold, which not only poses a health risk but also shows the lack of care and maintenance put into their vehicles. I hope that my review serves as a warning to others and that the dealership takes responsibility for their actions.

STAY AWAY, THEY SELL LEMONSWorse dealership, car did not start every time the next day and Edgar / Shawn pretended to try to help but once i was at the dealership so they could help they said the car had to have the issue so they could diagnose. Another car mechanic found the issue within a day and solved. Car turns on now but had to pay the repair myself. Avoid their lemon and struggles with VSA.

They are selling defective cars. People working there are totally scammers. They are so nice until you get a deal and then they show their real face to you after you getting so many issues with defective car. Not recommend to anyone.

ITS NOT A DEALERSHIP AT ALL , i bought a car two months ago it was a ford fusion 2019 but the engine had an issue and i had paid 5000$ as down payment but when i returned the car they never gave the money back to me so i have sued on them with VSA i will see them in court do not trust them at all they are stealers .
