The store smells like something died in there. Very poor hygiene, I am very disgusted to buy hair products, I don’t know how people buy food product from this store. Rude customer service, you ask questions and they don’t care, they dismiss you and play music on their phone.

The only issue I have is the refund policy. I was charged for a product I did not buy. I noticed it on the receipt before I left the parking lot. So I want back in to get a refund. And they told me straight up that they can’t refund back my money and asked me to pick something in the store of similar value. I would have been more happy if my my money was returned.

Lady who’s answers the phone is very rude called to find out if they were open because they were closed Monday January 23, 2023 when they should have been opened and her response was “as you can see we are open today” and hung up poor customer service
