I strongly don’t recommend this place to any body. This place is fully rip-off . Today I bought a shoe ,price was 160 dollar and they gave 50% off . First they charged 160 plus tax 12% that be 179.2 after they took off that 50% . Main problem is after 50 % it should be 89.6 but they asked me 103when I asked the reason they said it’s 12% tax . My question is why you guys charged me tax twice for same item . By law you can’t tax me twice for same item ..i am also customer for a long time and was trust them but after today I changed my mind about this company .you guys rip-off . Shame on you

She was so patient and helpful, assisted me in finding my size, and arranged an online order when my size wasn’t available in store. The order was delivered to my home perfectly. Amazing service and a wonderful experience!

I purchased two pairs of shoes from this store during a sale—one pair for the rainy winter season and another for the summer office wear. Both pairs fit perfectly, and the quality is excellent. The waterproof shoes are especially practical for wet weather and keep my feet comfortable and dry. The staff was very helpful throughout my visit, and the store’s location at Guilford Town Centre is very convenient.

I've been shopping here for years and the service is always No 1. I wanted to give a huge shout out to a young guy that was working Sat, Nov 15th. He was amazing! Running around helping wherever he could and so nice and patient! I should have gotten his name. Thank you and well done you have a great future ahead of you.

Worst experience of my life. I went there with my husband. We were searching around the items we were looking for. We were seeking help and looking at the associates. They were ignorant. We waited also but Not even a single sales associate acknowledged our presence. They were busy at til laughing together. I wanted to buy some items for myself but instead we left and went to Steve Maiden where they had exceptional customer service.
