I dropped my truck off and they did an amazing job! Customer service is amazing and they were on top of giving me updates during the process as well which I really appreciated. I would highly recommend to all my family and friends.

Took my car to Sorensen with a big dint in the front fender of my RCX and what a great experience. They did such a good job with my car inside and out. It was like a new car when I picked it up. They kept me up to date on the progress which was much appreciated. I would most certainly recommend this auto body shop.

I had gone in for an autobody repair. I loved that my car was upgraded back to what it originally looked like before the incident. Ian has been tremendously helpful and answered any queries I had.
I would definitely recommend them if you're looking for craftsmanship and peace of mind.

I have been taking my cars and trucks to Ed at Andy Sorenson for over 15 years. Their work and attention to detail is absolutely subperb. When you have the misfortune of being involved in a accident or a act of vandalism you can rest assured your vehicle will be returned to you as new. I highly recommend for all your auto body repair needs.

The worst customer service and repair I have received from a body shop.
I was told multiple times I would receive a call back only to wait weeks and to face attitude when I call. When they finally repaired my car I received a scratched bumper with damage underneath, the bumper did not even fit the frame properly.
When I called them out on it they said it would be months to find another appointment, but they are “working on fitting me in”. Never received a call back and I just gave up on them completely. I would never recommend, there are many better options in Surrey who won’t rip you off and treat you unfairly.

Wouldn't recommend. Guy told me it would take a month before they can fix my car. Waited 2 whole months and didn't receive a single phone call. Not great service.

I went to Andy Sorensen Auto Body for a claim on the passenger side door damage. ICBC approved repair shop. My insurance provider is BCAA. They accommodated my estimation request straight away, took the pictures and measurements, etc. Gave them the claim and adjustors number. 3 star for this.The guy told me they would finish the estimation and send it next week. I called the office two weeks later to know the status, and they said they are still processing.Finally, I called BCAA three weeks later and found out that Andy Sorensen is not an approved BCAA repair shop. But so far, I haven't heard anything from them. If you can't do it, that's fine. At least let the customer know so they can find another shop who can and don't waste time.

***Unprofessional and Unreliable Auto Body Shop***My experience with Sorensen Auto Body in Surrey, BC was nothing short of a complete disappointment.This auto body shop displayed a stunning lack of accountability, professionalism, and ethical conduct.The absence of remorse in how they manage themselves is simply unacceptable, especially considering their responsibility to assist people who have experienced collisions.From the moment I brought my car in on Friday and processed the necessary paperwork for ICBC, it became apparent that clear communication and timely service were not priorities for Sorensen Auto Body.When I called in a few hours later, seeking an estimated timeframe for the submission to ICBC, I received yet another vague response from a worker named Ian. He casually mentioned, "It's on the schedule, first thing in the morning on Monday."Frustrated by the lack of transparency, I called in on Monday having still not herd anything from Ian as he mentioned on Friday to request a more definite idea of when the paperwork would be submitted.However, instead of offering reassurance or an explanation, I was greeted by Ed, the owner, with a dismissive question: "What's the rush?" His response showed a complete disregard for my concerns and the importance of timely communication, leaving me feeling unheard and undervalued as a customer.As the days have passed, and still no feedback from the auto body shop, I reached out to Ian once more.Astonishingly, he seemed unaware of the damage location, indicating that the work order had not been submitted. I made another request for a committed time or date so that I could plan accordingly and offer support.However, I was once again transferred to Ed, who continued to evade my question and displayed increasingly unprofessional behaviour.He responded with remarks like, "I don't know who you think you are... go take your car elsewhere."Such disrespectful and confrontational behaviour is completely unacceptable, particularly when a customer seeks clarification and resolution.Given this experience, we decided not to proceed with Sorensen Auto Body and asked them not to submit the work order. We will be taking our business elsewhere, seeking a reputable auto body shop that values accountability, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.In conclusion, Sorensen Auto Body failed to meet even the most basic standards of professionalism and customer service.Their inability to take responsibility, maintain clear communication, and treat customers with respect is deeply disheartening.I strongly advise against entrusting your vehicle to a shop that disregards fundamental principles in the professional world.Instead, opt for an auto body shop that prioritizes customer satisfaction and demonstrates a commitment to excellence in their work.
