Great employees! Friendly and helpful. They don't carry some items, especially smaller sizes or petite friendly, so it had to be ordered online. A staff helped us so it was not too difficult, if anything, it means waiting couple days to get the item. The store is always filled with people, super crowded.

This location never picks up their phone. If I’m trying to place a hold on a shirt that is out of stock everywhere else in the lower mainland and they don’t pickup then what’s the point of the thirty minute drive? The employees must be sitting around doing nothing and absolutely not have the common sense to pickup the phone WHEN ITS RINGING. Seriously that’s ridiculous. And I’ve been in store, the amount of girls who just aimlessly walk around trying to talk to someone who’s just find is insane. This location should hire someone just to answer their phone. Do better.

I’ve been to this location numerous times as it’s the closest one to my house. But every time I shop here, I don’t get help… let alone approached (unless I have a lot of clothes, then it’s “I can get a room started for you”)Today was an example of just that. One of the girls was talking to another worker on the floor and I needed help locating a shirt. I approached them, but they literally blocked me from their peripheral vision lol. No acknowledgment at all on their part.I said excuse me and even waved from behind one of the girls, but they didn’t seem like they wanted to help. I got tired of waiting, thinking they would conclude their convo, so I eventually walked over to the registers. Luckily, Seth was there!Seth found the top that I was looking for. Only one in stock and it was placed on hold, so I couldn’t purchase it. But, Seth was able to process my exchange and have the top delivered to my address!Thanks so much, Seth! Appreciate it!!Management should focus on Customer Service. It’s an issue at this location. I honestly would rather spend at Robson or Pacific Centre. I just came for that one top and this was the only location that had it in stock.

Immediately on entering the store I overheard staff making disparaging comments to another SA about a customer's appearance in a jumpsuit she just purchased. I thought this kind of cheugy mean girl attitude was over.All the other staff was friendly and helpful, and gender inclusive hiring practices made for a positive shopping experience. Stock was ok, not a ton of colors and sizes and lacking many styles.

I love aritzia’s clothes but the staff is horrendous. Awful attitudes, passive aggressive and just very unprofessional. Do you guys even do interviews or pick the people with the worst personalities to work at a higher end clothing store? Come here if you’re craving a bad taste in your mouth afterwords; they’ll leave you satisfied.

beautiful store! i love any aritzia, but the customer service, it was horrible. i waited at the change rooms for like 5 minutes and the workers acted like i wasn’t there so i went to a random change room. on my way out they ignored me again so i put my put-backs on a random chair and walked out. i felt unwelcome there

I always do my part by bringing a reusable bag when i shop so i when the cashier asked if i needed one, i said no. The cashier still charged me and put my clothes in their paper bag. When i told her that i said i didnt need a bag, she said “it’s just 25 cents”… What’s the point of asking if people want a bag if you charge them even if they say no?

I love aritzia clothes and it was one of my first times going to the Guildford Mall location since I’ve heard many comments and complaints about the staff and their customer service. Little did I know, it was true. I came to get an exchange and I was helped by one of the girls there to do an order online since they didn’t have my size. I was pretty happy about that. Upon going to the counter, one of the girls, put us on til #3 since we were staff. I thought we would get treated better since we were staff but nope. Helen kept putting other people in front of us and explains that the manager is needed to exchange our products. We ended up waiting until all the lines were done so we weren’t helped until everyone else was helped which was unfair to me. I was there first so why were they helping other people who were behind us. I just felt that Helen was very rude and did not acknowledge our existence while waiting to be helped and when we did get helped, we just needed her fingerprint. I get it that it’s busy but put yourself on my shoes. You would get annoyed too for not being helped first when you were there first.

1. Lots o variety for clothes and the whole boutique was quite maintained.2. Manager was so rude. Before helping, she literally sighed and was like "aaaah" as if I gave her some tedious task. For all they're taught on customer service, she was not polite, behavior was not appropriate, no smile whatsoever.3. Staff besides her was all good. Smiling, and courteous.

I had purchased a shirt online and I still was in my return period. I did not have tags on the shirt bht had a receipt etc. I’ve returned stuff before in Vancouver without a tag and no issues, but these girls apparently cannot issue the return cuz of policy… I would even be happy with store credit at this point but they weren’t rly helpful with offering a soloution. They told me to call the Aritzia line which I did so she could send some email so that I could do this return in person, which was such an extra hassle, but I was able to return in person after like 30 minutes. The girl who was in charge of the change rooms that day didn’t really acknowledge me and was clearly in a rush.the girls at this location think they’re better than everyone else, save your time and go to Van for shopping.

Great selection but often time all the medium to large sizes are sold out. Customer service is fair but could use some improving. Quality of clothing is excellent. Highly recommend to purchase staple pieces.

The women were all very helpful and kind to me when I needed help with stuff. Very beautiful too. Would shop here again to buy and or window shop just because it's such a nice spot. Their clothes are really top notch too

I dealt with a quality issue with one of their jackets that I had for almost a year and after dealing with their concierge with the matter, they allowed me to exchange it for an in store item for the same dollar value. I am extremely pleased that they stand behind their products especially after paying good money for it, you would expect it to last more than a year. I will continue to shop here knowing that they stand behind their products, fashion style is excellent and online delivery service is also excellent!

Very good staff, very good collection. Fortunately we got lots of good stuff on sale .
