This store by far has the worst best buy mobile section in Surrey. This is not the first time I had a bitter experience and the service I received is consistently pathetic. The staff are rude, condescending and arrogant. After waiting on line with my kid for close to an hour the first person to help you out showcases consistent rude, impolite attitude towards to you and yells at you. I literally had to walk out of the store. It surprises me that you can treat customers this way and get away with it this shows a lot about their customer service there superiors are encouraging. I wanted to make a complaint to their supervisor but couldn't find one. No body knows whom to reach out as there are more people whom i know received such a pathetic service. The person who leads them in this section supports this behavior. I did notice this was the case with other customers as well but no body has the time or knowledge to escalate this or leave a review. If you need a mobile rest assured you would be doing yourself a huge favor by walking into another location. Sadly this is how they are being supervised and such an attitude is normalized in this store. I couldn't go Lower than a star Wish I did.

i bought a fridge with extended coverage 3 years ago and now when it needs repairs no one has contacted for last 4 days after i lodged my complaint. the people on the phone have no answer to poor response and none takes responsibility for the delay although it has extended warranty till 2025. no call back received since complaint lodged and no fridge in the house for last 4 days. i think they have the worst service and i will not recommend them again and no one should ever buy extended plan since they have no service technicians to take care of the calls.now i get a reply after 5 days and the person asking me to contact has not given any email where i can write...the website has no email either and its just online tracking of the service request which is not helpful at all

I picked up an online order for a new Samsung monitor and got home, opened the box to find a broken and scratched monitor without a stand or cords which was, obviously, intentionally repackaged and sold to me. Currently waiting on hold for over 10 minutes to speak with someone.

Disappointing customer service from Neetish, I went there to get my files and data from my old phones and hard drive to my iCloud or my laptop. The lady at the counter was very nice and she confirmed that they can do it and asked Neetish to help me, by the time Neetish came over he just denied me service and said we don’t do this. He had no intention of doing his job let alone helping a customer. Then he turned and said he’ll charge me $50 per half hour to download my pics to icould. And another $300 to just send my hard drive to tech support….who in the world of best buy set these prices and trained this employee to treat people like this. This was ridiculous, never coming here again

Recently we went to this South surrey location to purchase a laptop, the store manager and staffs were so kind, welcoming, attentive and helpful.Yash, asked us clearly what we are looking for and he did some search and found us best deals and explained the pros and cons of each. Kashish was so helpful and he explained well about financing options, Shree was very interactive and the billing process was too quick. It was a overall happy experience with this bestbuy location?

Not as spiffy as Metrotown or Langley ones, felt like a downs-scaled version with an outlet feel.Service non-existent, a lot smaller. Selection is lesser than others.Good location near Morgan Crossing shops.Wouldn’t come here again.

I have had only good experiences at this location. Purchased an induction stove, a tablet and a printer in the last year. Friendly Service, good pricing and easy access (parking)

Had the most pleasant experience with Gursheen in the appliance department. We need to completely outfit our new home after it is built several months from now. Even though we told her we were not prepared to purchase anything today, Gursheen did not hesitate to share her considerable knowledge and recommendations about the new models and their features. We now feel better educated as to what to look for and we are keen to come back when the time comes to make a purchase. Thank you Gursheen and the other friendly staff at this location.

Not specific to this location, but I had the WORST customer experience with home delivery. Ordered a refrigerator and it came damaged with a large dent. Tried to get a new one sent. They pressured me into accepting the original unit, but would repair it. After that I heard nothing. I tried following up. Nothing. After trying several times trying to connect with customer service and working it out, I gave up and demanded I get my money back. They wasted my time and money. Most importantly they they lost my trust as a customer.

It is impossible to call this location and have a human being answer the phone. After waiting through the automated directory for a somewhat relevant number to call, the answering service said the wait would be one minute and then didn't ring? I just want to know if you have any wii nunchuks kicking around and this is the only game store left in south surrey :(

more like worst buy, grabbed more headphones because lost another pair, usually buy online for $65/70 but here they're $96 after tax, same Jabra headphones I always buy. Then while at the register they give you some speech about "30 day warranty, only replacement no store credit unless I buy a $25 warranty" I'm like "uhh no thank you" cashier says "ok so you know after 30 days you have to return to the manufacturer if it's defective"So basically they trying to scare me into buying a 2 year $25 extra warranty or else it's a final sale? ? your lucky I was impatient yesterday because I will never EVER buy a product from best buy again

This location does not have educated staff and are highly unorganized Bought a computer and they told me it would be ready next day after transferring data. was not of course. 2 days later ready so I go to pick up and they can’t find the mouse and keyboard. after 1/2 hour waiting I told them I had an appt and had to go. Then they call me to say they found it and expect me to then go back and pick up. i ask them to ship it. then get home and my monitor won’t plug in as no video card. they tell me that is another service to move video card to new computer. so much for asking for a computer that has everything my old one has. just uneducated and no sense of customers time being wasted
