Worst customer service. They are not helping us to find what we want but they keep forcing us to buy what they want to sell. This is super annoying. They don't even answer what we ask for. Continuously says this is the best.Another customer complained for the same reason as I did when I was there. So I am not the only person who experienced this.

I wish I could give this place and the employees working here 0 stars. The professionalism and the customer service skills are completely lacking. Since last month, I have been here 3 times but every time I came home with no products but Wait. It took me at-least 20 minutes to get some help even though I asked for it as soon as I entered the store. The employees just keep wandering around and having their own chitchats rather than doing their job to help the customers.Kindly value the time of your customers and help them as they need. Wasting their time and just passing thru without asking them that if any help is needed is never acceptable.

I went there to get laptop Which I needed AsAp. One of their employee helped me and the laptop which I liked that was not available in store. He told me you can pay today and get your laptop day after tomorrow. I paid for it and I had to wait for my laptop more than week. He provided false information and misguided me. I am so disappointed with customer service. Worst Experience

Worst ever service I got so far being a loyal customer of BestBuy. I walked into the store to buy a PlayStation 5. Informed someone at the counter that I need to ask some questions regarding the console as I’ve been out of gaming for sometime. After 20 minutes someone turns up and when I ask what’s the main difference between PlayStation 4 and 5, the guy goes like the technology is new. Haha!!!Then when I asked him whether I can try a game so that I can get the real feel of it, they are like “Sorry we cannot turn on the TV for the PlayStation 5”. Come on !! Really?? A customer walks in to buy a $600/- gaming console and this is what you get?Sometimes I wonder whether these guys really want sales or not. To me it didn’t look like they wanted to sell

Worst experience, never recommend my frnds to buy from here, first and last purchase, bought tv but still awaiting my product more than a week. No tracking number, no customer centric approach no place to guy, i guess i lost my money and no product yet. This is really bad i paid 700 dollar for tv and no product yet

In 2021, I bought a Clearplex screen protector for my Samsung S21 Ultra. This is the third time buying this, its very good.At the time, Clearplex came with a lifetime of free replacements.I never had a chance to use this though, because I always buy a new phone at the end of my contract.This year I did not.However, in 2022, Best buy changed its Clearplex policy to 1 Year only, and deleted all history of people who bought it before that.They refused to honor their agreement with me until I got the store manager. He was kind enough to offer a "Courtesy Replacement", however, I am not a charity case and this really upset me.When I purchased this plan, the agreement was a LIFETIME of free replacements. It was not "A lifetime of free replacements IF we dont change the policy"We entered into an agreement, BEST BUY. You negged on it, and then made me out to be the bad guy.I won't be buying anything else from you. Until today, I had respect for you.

This location has an average rating of 3.5 stars? This rating has to be doctored (manipulated). I've been reading the experiences in their ratings, and I've had similar negative experiences myself with this BestBuy on 120 St. in Surrey.One notable experience happened about two years ago (I haven't been to a BestBuy since, preferring to buy all electronics online). I brought in my laptop to be repaired and the technician charged me $100 for 10 minutes of his time to tell me what I already knew: the fans needed to be replaced. As I was desperate to have it fixed for work (he picked up on my desperation), I paid this ridiculous "consultation" fee and then had it repaired.

Please don't work in sales if you are not the type of person who does not like to help people.Working on a long weekend can make you bitter. But come on she did not want to make the sale from the beginning. Was not aware of the dels in their on store. I had to point out the deals after checking their website.She is supposed to be a senior advisor ?Finally bought the product from Samsungs website for the same price

went there to look over deals for a phone . I was assisted by girl name start with T maybe Tarun. She was very helpful , she guided me . I decided to buy phone and while filling form I got issue regarding credit card . Instead of making me feel bad , she offer other ways such as using other documents for security , I was really moved by her customer service and polite behavior . She is very informative and definitely return to this location for future purchases.

Bought one Samsung A54 for my dad. Sukh was my attendant and she was of great help. She explained all deals and discounts in detail. Definitely 10 on 10 for customer service…….thanks!!

Gurjeevan in Member Services (Order Pick-up) was really polite and humble while dealing with me. He definitely knows the root of exceptional customer service. I would rate him 10/10 and ask the management to recognise his kind efforts. Thank you, I’m leaving very happy and will be back soon. :)

Do not have something delivered from them, you will not get the Amazon experience. Instead you will have an inaccurate tracking number and the package your expecting will constantly be getting delayed.

prefacing this by saying i've worked at a best buy before and none of this ever happened at my store as we were managed very well. i went in today to return a product without receipt or card as my wallet was stolen and left empty handed which was fine as i understand (although best buy allows it in their policy). however the lady was rude and when i went to look at replacements for my headphones not a single employee was in sight. i even asked for help and 10 minutes after being told someone was on the way i left as i didn't have time.
