Worst service I bought laptop from them they said it will be coming in 2 days then after 4 days they are still saying it’s delayed and we just gave you the estimated time and I cannot even cancel the order.Didn’t expected this kind of service from Best BuyZero star from my side for service.I highly recommend not to go to this location.I visited 3 time they sent me call customer care or canada post we can’t do anything then you should shut the location and sit at home.I was talking to the Jenny and she was rude and not friendly at and she is one of the manager there. I think this location needs better management.

I recently visited this Best Buy to port my SIM, and I had the pleasure of interacting with a helpful employee named Van. She provided outstanding assistance throughout the process, addressing all my queries with patience and expertise. Van's exceptional customer service skills made my visit to Best Buy a breeze. It's employees like her who elevate the shopping experience. I greatly appreciate her dedication to customer satisfaction. Kudos to Van and Best Buy for their top-notch service!

They do not know product knowledge or how to treat their customers. They try to provoke their customers firstI walked in after hey I need a cable and extension cord. They said go to the aisle a lady was like hey how can I help you I'm like. Do you have this in stock? She said right out of her mouth. No, we don't without even looking properly. After explain to her that hey I checked online that you guys have it in stockShe told me that. Oh let me see again once she saw she's like. Let me check in the computer. Oh now we have it stock after she told me literally the second before they were not in stockPeople working here do not know product knowledge and do not know customer service. Did they try to provoke their customers in a manner of irritation and frustration when they should? First of all, know how to treat their customers and second practice a craft of product knowledge. If you cannot then what are you even working here and a customer service-based profession?If I can give this place a zero I would give this place of zero but the only score I can give it is the one.I would highly recommend headquarters Best Buy to look into this. Best Buy in particular and retrain their staff and how to practice better customer service skills and better understand product knowledge.

This place is decent for a in and out experience.. not to take your time. You can easily navigate the aisles, and everything seems to be in the right place, but I wouldn't say this is the nicest Best Buy I've been to, and if I could spend a little more gas money to go to a nicer location, I would. This place has also got that warehouse type feel, hence why I wouldn't take time inside.The prices are the same in every Best Buy, and almost every electronics store, so there's nothing much to worry about if your trying to look for the cheapest place to buy your family a gift, but I wouldn't say stop looking for those cheap deals.I recommend this location for people who know what their buying, and checked to make sure it was in-stock online, not for a in person shopper (people who don't go online often). Hope this helps!

Very bad service. We boughtthere and told us to wait for 15-30 mins then they told us we can step out of the store and they will just call us after 30mins. We waited for more almost an hour and they did not call us so we decided to go and check it again then when we got there they said they are closed already. They shouldn't just told us to wait for their call.they wasted our time and we need that today and now we have no choice but to buy another one from the other store. So bad service, very disappointed!

Had a great experience here with the manager Manjot and associate Yang at customer service. They both went above and beyond to resolve an issue I had with my child's Nintendo switch game. I hope that they get recognized for their hard work. Keep up the great work guys!!!

Poor customer service, called the staff multiplied time and no one is able to help. Poor service. There was a turban guy helping me out of no where he decided to leave me alone and started doing some other work and then called some other staff every one is free doing nothing but they are not willing to do work and help.

Close by and usually has any new game instantly in stock, just recently I got resident evil 4 remake on launch day after it was a no show at Walmart. Employees Ive interacted with before are nice.

Prices are fair at this location, along with a great selections.If you want something that is not in stock, they can order it in.Items have to be "Paid In Full" and "In Advance"Special orders are all done through market place sellers.All the staff helped me out through this process.You can't ask for anything better.If your a person like myself who live in the middle of North Delta and Surrey Central.I would one hundred percent recommend you to come to this location.Customer service wise this store is much much better by far.The staff at the Whalley store, have no patience and are very rude!All I got from there was I don't know. I don't know. I dont know.I went into Whalley first, looking for the item that are in the pictures, got no help and ended up coming into this location.Will definitely be coming back for more.Recommending the Scott Road and 80th store with no hesitations. PERFECT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I used to shop a lot from this location and had really good experience all the time and that’s why I sent my brother to get a laptop from here. An associate named VAN got the laptop for him and tried to sell him the membership and warranty, he told her politely that it’s covered from his bank and he didn’t need the membership cuz he doesn’t shop much! That girl kept pressuring him soooo muchhh like he would die without the membership. The managers should make it clear to the staff that it is OPTIONAL. My brother ended up not even getting the laptop. Next day, I went with him and she was the only one to help so we had to ask her for the laptop. This girl again goes on telling me about the membership and when I say no, she goes all about discounting. I thought it was just us who were taking it the wrong way, so I wanted some time to browse and calm down. Meanwhile, I saw her helping another customer who was saying it’s not in my budget and she still kept going on and forced them to get into it. Basically, SHE PRESSURES A PERSON TO THE POINT WHERE HE/SHE GETS UNCOMFORTABLE. I did not like my last interaction in computers department and I don’t think I will ever shop any laptop from this store ever. But YOU NEED TO CHANGE YOUR ASSOCIATE, BECAUSE THAT IS NOT THE WAY YOU SELL. I don’t understand why do you hire such illiterate, inhuman people who cannot understand customer’s situation. I wonder if the managers don’t check on their staff the way they are selling, or do you just see the numbers!! I am very frustrated from this employee “Van” of yours, she needs to learn some basic etiquettes first.

I have been purchasing electronics from this store for the past 2 years. I have seen substantial improvement in this store. I always recommend purchasing electronics in person (or in store or curb side pick-up) rather than shipping at home, which has too many risks. I hope Best Buy keeps up the spirit and maintains high service standards in selling electronics.

Their sales associates are nice and welcoming but their management is very much business/money first and customers second. Didn't help me out at all
