A horrible experience ever! The groomer shaved my poor snorkie to skin and have him multiple cuts during the job. The manager did not show up beside being asked and did not call me to apologize. My poor baby is still terrified after 5 days. Never going back there again!

Visited the store yesterday, as my first time there.
I really loved it, they have all the supplies that I usually buy and also near to my place.
The staff, nav was really knowledgeable and helpful.
This will be my go to store from now.✅️👍🏻

Every once in a while you appreciate a brick and mortar store. The owners and staff at Blue Ribbon are exceptional. They obviously care for our fur babies and it shows. I wish you could give a 5+ review. I wish them continued success. Thanks for being part of the neighborhood and your kind hearts.

I recently came into the store to purchase cat food, for a cat whose owners are out of town, no proper care for the cat. The owner of the store,bless her heart, gave me samples to help with the feeding of the cat. Thanks so much for all you did.

Oxana is our Labradoodle's groomer, and she is absolutely AMAZING! Although she's new to Canada, she brings extensive experience from her European background. Our dog's fur was never the most beautiful, and we were often disappointed after visits with our previous groomer. However, with Oxana, our dog always looks stunning. Finding an experienced pet groomer can be challenging, and we are thrilled to have discovered Oxana at Blue Ribbon Pet Store. We wish nothing but the best for both the store and Oxana!

Amazing service!
I recently had to bring my matted old English sheep dog to blue ribbon and the experience was nothing short of outstanding. My dog’s coat was thick, and I was really worried about how she would cope with being shaved down. From the moment we arrived, the store front lady demonstrated remarkable kindness, professionalism, and expertise.
When I picked up my dog, I was amazed at the transformation. Her coat was neatly shaved, and he looked and felt so much better. Most importantly, my dog seemed happy and relieved. The groomer’s skill and attention to detail were evident in the final result.
I am incredibly grateful to have found Blue Ribbon. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of exceptional grooming care. Thank you for turning a difficult situation into a positive experience for both me and my furry friend!

The staff are very pleasant and helpful in this store. I was looking for a specific N and D quinoa based bougie digestion food for dogs. They carry it in large bags, which is a big saving. Nice store. They also have a loyalty program, which I like.

My pup is not a fan of grooming but this is the only place that's worked for my boy. Definitely my go to place for grooming sessions. The staff is very kind.

Brought my toy poodle, Minnie, here for a second grooming and will definitely be coming back! The groomer is very respectful and takes her time. My puppy was so calm and had a great time once again. Highly recommend the services here, reasonably priced and you will not leave disappointed.

My dog groomer could not see my dog until August, so I called Blue Ribbon Pet supplies for the first time, as recommended by my friend. Oxana was my dogs groomers name. When I picked my dog up he looked the best I’ve seen him and all my family agreed. I will be coming back to them even though they are farther away from where I live and a bit more expensive, because they did a superior job, 10 out 10 EXCELLENT.
