Horrible customer service. Went in today to open a joint account with my wife. Unable to do so online. They told me to come back next week as all the personal bankers were busy and no appointments available. I saw 5 personal bankers, one on his phone scrolling. I asked one of them to help and they also said they weren't able to help. Just despicable, opening an account take 10 minutes. Looks like I'll be switching to another bank soon.

Typical useless BMO branch. Came to ask about HISA and got brushed off because they dont have anyone available to answer a few simple question toward the end of the day.

This branch goes the extra mile for their customers. The bank manager Catrina was amazing. She helped me when my own home branch manger would not. She saved me a ton of headaches by going above and beyond what I expected. This is my new go to branch

Slow service, confused staff, given the wrong information... seems to be a trend here do I won't be coming back to this location. Considering leaving bmo all together seeing and how I can't get through on the phone lines either.

I went there to get a letter of proof of funds for my pr application, the lady manager is so nice and patient and helpful. She went through all the requirements that I showed her and instructed her coworker to calculate the average balance of my accounts over the past six months which not every bank is willing to do so as far as i know. It made my case so much simple and solid.

Very very bad service....I phoned in other day and nobody picked up my phone and employees were all sitting idle in the branch......it took me 3-4 hours just to talk to representative.....I will not recommend BMO to anyone.

I am writing this review to appreciate the wonderful service we received from Amanda, the branch manager. She went above and beyond to help us with a special request although we had closed our BMO accounts a couple years ago. She is very patient, professional and she spent the time to resolve the issue. We are sure this kind of service will be one of the reasons if we would come back to BMO as a new customer in the future.

This branch is understaffed and when you call in it takes two days for a call back.The manager Anna when I spoke to her regarding Google reviews told me they are not important, they have their own internal way to monitor customer service.I call BS on this as positive Google reviews are the most important consideration for new customers bank shopping.The manager Anna is a very nice lady but she and BMO need to focus more on the important social media that potential customers read.On a different not (Felicia fei Yui) Pan is an ambassador of customer service.

One particular young female staff's attitude towards customers should be trained. Also the oriental manager needs to be trained as well.
