Unprofessional, lazy employees have failed to perform their job properly and have left my account and finances in ruins. This includes failure to restore accounts after fraudulent activity and savings lost/ unaccounted for. These people not only failed to do their job, they made unfounded accusations, claiming that I am at fault for the fraudulent activity on my account. This is absolutely unacceptable. I do not feel safe with these people handling my accounts and finances.

The staff is really rude and won’t serve you properly. We just asked a simple question and the lady on the otherside told that she already explained it. Was rude the whole time. Felt so uncomfortable dealing with her.

Tired of waiting in this bank line to do a business transaction super under staffed and when people wait for the teller they have an issue not always quick we been with BMO for years maybe time to switch

Customer service is really slow even if the staff is available they see the line up they close windows to make wait time longer almost every time.

I had appointment at 1 pm, no body reached me till 1:15 that I was there. You need to respect your client time or at least let them know it might be some delays . I will never come back to this branch

Today is the worst experience ever, planned and started banking last year and visited this branch so many times always been treated and had good customer service. But today was not a lucky day, visited the branch for banking and unfortunately the representative named Sonya met on counter. She is so unprofessional and rude. Doesn’t know how to treat and answer queries of a customer nicely. This job is not meant for her she doesn’t deserve to be there. I don’t want to face her in future if next time I will visit the branch. So disappointed ?!

Long wait times and the lady who served me took a long nasty stare at me, slower than I'd ever seen before walked over to the phone, and while string nastily at me called and verified a govermebtvcheck I was depositing. There was a 12 person line up with only 2 cashiers and she was slower than molasses. On top of that I noticed she didn't verify the cheques from the people before or after me. I got stereotyped by the cashier through and through, disgusting!

I had a pleasure visiting BMO and I was served by courteous Sonya and William. They both helped me open my first bank account when no other banks would open. If you are foreign citizen or new immigrant in Canada and want to open to a checking bank account you can do so at BMO like I did.I believe there are few benefits but sadly I wasn't aware how to take advantage at the time of opening.So, do your research well in advance and carry all your docs.Thanks
