I was in boathouse surrey Guilferd mall today at 12:22 pm and had terrible costumer service. The one young woman that was working there at this time had no interest for providing any sort of costumer service. She was bordering on rude. I would not want her representing my business, and think she should be spoke to and costumer service training would be beneficial.

i went in and i was looking for one pair of shorts and Tiana helped me find 6 items consisted of 2 shorts 2 straw toppers and 2 pairs of socks. excellent service

Warren the manager at the Guildford location provided me with exceptional customer service. I had placed an order online for my daughter in early December and had only received 3/4 items. The last item never arrived before Christmas. In January I still hadn’t received an update on the status so I contacted the Guildford store and spoke with Warren. He was very apologetic, looked into it for me and advised me that he would be sending an email to head office. He even gave me a phone number where I could easily reach him. I told him that I just wanted a refund at this point. He said he’d let head office know and get back to me. Several days later, I was some errands to run at the mall
so I popped by this store and spoke with him. He said he hadn’t heard back from head office yet. I told him that I just wanted a refund since I was here as it’s not the most convenient location for me to return to. He said no problem and issued me a refund hassle free. He was very personable, understanding and hopeful. His own staff even had nothing but wonderful things to say about it. It’s evident that Warren has extensive management experience and customer service skills. Thank you for Warren for making a frustrating situation so hassle free! Appreciate your help!

Horrible customer service, does not live up to their store hassle free return policy. The store manager Amir was rude and difficult. He did not want to process the refund saying the item was used even though it had been less than 24 hours of purchasing at the same store. The tags were attached. He did not want to provide head office phone number saying we could google and did not want to provide his name. The sale associate that sold the item was there but she did not take responsibility for selling a damaged item to my niece the day before. They took advantage of a child making a purchase.

My friends daughter bought two sweaters at this location. She brought it home and we noticed it was damaged. We went together to the mall to return it the very next day. The manager absolutely refused to accept the return, falsely accusing us that it was worn. The sweater was never worn. The sweater was kept in the bag. The tags were still on. We had a receipt. The sales associate that sold the sweater from the day before was present. It was not even a whole 24 hours since purchased. Amir the manager did not want to listen to reason at all and dismissed us saying we can talk to head office.

Went in looking for a specific sweatshirt and the gentlemen Kaleel helped me around the store as well as with the products I needed. The store is super and would come again.

Wish there would be an option for -1 star because this place deserves that. My husband bought a jacket for me for around 70 dollars but the size was too large for me. Unfortunately, I lost my receipt and I asked the staff there that I can tell the card details even including date and time when I bought it. I showed them the bank transaction as well but they just insisted upon seeing the receipt. Even after showing the transcations, telling card details and timings they refused to exchange or return it. Will never go to this store again. The worst experience and will not recommend anybody to waste money their and now regretting why did not I checked the reviews earlier.

I visited this location on Sunday the 23rd and I had one of the best experiences! I was shopping for a bathing suit for my upcoming vacation and I had this employee named Julia I believe help me out so much, she asked what type I was looking for, and then helped me pick out different styles and colours. While I was trying them on she kept checking back in with me and even grabbed me different sizes so I didn’t have to leave the changing room. I felt she was really listening to what I was looking for and cared to help me find just the right one. It was also refreshing to see every employee helping people in the store! I’ll definitely be coming back here

I usually don’t write reviews. I wish there should be a 0 star option. Very very worst experience with these guys. I bought shoes on 20 may 2023. Hardly wore them few times and the shoes starting coming off from all the corners of their sole. Especially the right hand side shoe. I went to the store the guy there was very rude. He first off all didn’t listen to me then he gave me a customer service number . I called that number and the person over there said its purchased from store and i have to go to store as they only deals with online orders. I drove almost 7 kms and this time the girl at the counter name karen gave me another number. I tried calling that number also that number was not working . Then she said she already called her regional manager dierdre and she refused to give anything credit or exchange and she asked me to use some crazy glue and paste together the shoe with the soel with crazy glue.Never ever go to this place. If you ever want to waste your energy money or time definitely try this place. I completely wasted my 76$, time, energy ,fuel worst shoes ever got just broke down in less than 2 months and pathetic customer service. First and last purchase from them.Caution!! Money and time wasters.
