I almost never write bad reviews however this was the worst experience I ever had.I was returning a dog harness for a friend of mine who had to give his puppy away. I called the morning to a different bosleys where I bought it from and they told me I could return the leash at any location as they could look me up by number despite me not having the receipt and would refund me back on the credit card.I went to this Bosleys location and dealt with a male who another employee identified as Tim? I was advised he is the manager.He said sorry I can only issue a gift card. I said that’s not any good as we don’t have the puppy anymore. I said I called the other store this morning and he said there’s nothing I can do you’ll have to walk out those doors. He was very rude.I called another Bosleys location and they said what happened to you is not right. Any Bosleys should be taking back and product and refunding you on a credit card as we want to make this process easier for customers.So I called the manager back and spoke with him and he said “ I need to protect my own interests.” He hung up on me. I called back a minute later and a female employee answered and said he’s taken off for a break. I said he just hung on me. She said apologized for his behaviour. Even though we don’t have a puppy anymore all my friends and family do. And I will ensure they know not to shop here. It sounds like from the negative reviews left by others he’s done this to others also. It’s just not good customer service.

Really friendly service here. Helpful and knowledgeable team of staff. Offered great information and tips for our new pup. Love that its family owned and it shows that they care for their customers and their pets! This isn't the closest location to me, but I'll make the extra trip for it based on the service alone.

I always buy my cat litter from Bosley’s. The brand, Fresh 4 Life is far superior to any other cat litter I have used.The other day, I ran out and needed to change the box so I grabbed a generic brand from a grocery store. It was horrible. It smelled, there was a lot of dust, it got stuck to my long haired cat’s hair and it was tracked all over the house.As soon as I was able, I went to Bosley’s to grab the stuff I normally get, and it has been 100% better than the generic brand. Low dust, no smell (as far as I could tell), it seems softer too.Definitely recommend this litter and store
