Amazing owner Ted had what we needed and great prices i went to 4 pet stores they didn't carry that product i needed i will be shopping there from now on thanks Ted you made my dogs ? day ? ? ?

This store doesn’t deserve a one star.I went inside this Bosley’s store to quickly browse while waiting for my Starbucks order and when it was ready, I left the store and the cashier, Alyssa(?) asked if I found anything I needed and told her “we’re good, thank you.”While at Starbucks, the man who presented himself as the store manager of Bosley’s named Tim, had followed me inside and asked if I stole one of the food containers that I was previously looking at inside that store. Baffled, I said “No, why the hell would I steal?” And then he tells me one was missing and I told him AGAIN, “no I didn’t steal it.” My partner had to go in between me and TIM and I asked him if he has proof because I know he wouldn’t because I DIDNT STEAL and he says he does and I asked him to show me. He walked off and went back into the store. I was furious and ran back inside and emptied all my pockets to show this fool I didn’t steal from his store. Then he said something about no cameras in the back corner where he says I stole from. How does that make sense? He wasn’t on the floor while I was browsing, he only presented himself AFTER I left the store. So if there were no cameras, and he wasn’t on the floor, how would he know I “stole” from him. He didn’t even apologize after showing him I didn’t steal a $4 dog food container. I don’t know if it was racial profiling as I am a Latino woman, or he was having a bad day or was bored. But seeing the other poor reviews, it looks like racial profiling.I’ve sent an email and called the corporate head office about this so they can deal with Tim, and he better be dealt with or I WILL go to Human Rights Tribunal about how I was harassed and discriminated.

If your looking for quality petfood and supplies, all bosleys are great, ive been to some shops with less selection and 50%+ higher prices. But for a great experience and advice this location has a father/ son team that own and operate it. They have been great with educating me on my purchases, but not being condescending or anything. Great shop

Tim, the store owner is more than accommodating. I recently moved into the area and this is the closest Bosley’s. I am always greeted with a smile and Tim goes above and beyond for his customers. He would ensure that if he didn’t have something I needed, he’ll place an order and call me when it arrives.Thanks for being so accommodating all the time! This is the best bosleys I’ve ever been to!

Every time I have been in I have had excellent service. Last time I was in I needed advice about my senior Lab who had picked up a intestinal virus from another pup. I got great advice about several products and chose 2 I thought my picky eater would like. They solved the problem and my Labrador feels like his old self again.

We received absolute fantastic service from the gentleman who is the owner there and also by the cashier. Both were really good. They informed us about few more things that I was not aware that they were selling. I loved the information. A very big thank you to both of them . I definitely recommend everyone to go out to check out their store. Thank you!!!!!

Very unprofessional and terrible customer service.Here is what happened:I walked into the store with a Starbucks bag as I was across the parking lot and purchased a couple of items from Starbucks.When I walked into the store, I was not acknowledged. The manager/owner was talking to another guy and then he said hello and I asked where the doggie jackets were. He pointed me to the jackets and then told me I had to put my Starbucks bag on the counter. It was very obvious he came across as I was going to steal from his store. I couldn't find the RC pet jacket I was looking for. Picked up my Starbucks bag from the counter and left. As I was walking out he said "thanks and sorry".I would recommend not shopping at this Bosleys. I have shopped at others and never experienced this level of unnecessary rudeness. As a side note: I saw a guy with a backpack in the store, but that was ok.Manager/Owner you really are a rude, unprofessional and should learn customer service skills so that you can provide an appropriate customer service experience

My family had a dog pass away last month. The younger dog wouldn't eat anything for days. The staff and store donated a bunch of snacks for our dog to try. She picked her favorite and got back to eating. Great compassionate staff at this store.
