I've had automotive body repairs done here before and came again recently for an estimate. I highly recommend them for friendly staff, I met with Jilly and Terry. They were kind and active listeners for my needs as a customer. They also keep their office clean and have a working coffee ☕️ Kugeg fully stocked for their valued customers. The week I went there, and got my estimate as well as an enjoyable coffee, was the same week I had also go to other automotive shops for separate matters and I did not find any working coffee bar at any of the other shops (not Boyd). I highly recommend Boyd for your automotive body repair needs. I am a satisfied customer.

I had my Kona repaired here after hit and run. They were quick to schedule and did a great job. I got my car back clean inside and out. It is soooo shiney and looks amazing. Great job!Services: Painting

I was in a hit and run and the back bumper came undone from the clips and they put it back on for me and didnt charge me. I thought that was very nice of them and even brought my car back right to my door

Above and beyond. That’s how I would title this review. The Team at the Cloverdale location were great to deal with. They understood that as a Contractor I need my vehicle for work so they worked with me and my schedule so that I was the least inconvenienced as possible. Also, the quality of work was top notch. My elderly mother who cannot speak English well had a minor fender bender. I only had the two weeks I was in the country to deal with all the issues that the elderly have. One of which was dealing with repair and insurance of her vehicle.After we initiated the ICBC claim, they took care of everything. From the whole insurance process and repair. They even dropped off and picked my mother up from her home. Friends have checked the car and they reassured me that everything looks great.My mother cannot express her thankfulness at the kindness expressed by this shop. I can't express the relief in finding a place that you can rely on when your elderly parents are in need, even from overseas.Service: Body & Trim

Looking for a glass repair place close to home. Totally forgot Boyd location in cloverdale dropped them a email. They responded promptly and made a same day appointment.Got my car car in and chip repair completed in record time.Unfortunately when I got home I noticed flakes stuck to the window. And the chip repair had a raised bump. That I had to scrap myself to level. Disappointed to say the least if this is the level of quality

When I recently had my catalytic converter stolen from my vehicle, Boyd was the only place who agreed to take my vehicle in on short notice. The service I was received from them was top notch! They were very friendly and helpful and did everything they could to try to get me into a rental car and keep be apprised of my repairs. Best of all, my car was fixed much quicker than anticipated! I wouldn't hesitate to deal with them again should I require their services. Kudos to all the staff for top notch customer service, prompt and courteous service and doing all they could for me!

Great service and very friendly, knowledgeable staff. Our autobody repair was completed in a reasonable time and the quality of the work was top notch. A loaner vehicle was provided as well and the process with the insurance claim was seamless.

Came here to get a rock chip crack repaired. The team here made the process seamless. They were able to take me in the same day and the service took less than an hour. I am super happy with the results. The team here is great and super personable. They made the time I was waiting for my vehicle fly by! I am just thrilled with the top level customer service provided by Gillian, Jeff and the team at this Boyd location! The information they provided, along with transparency and consistent communication, is unheard of in the automotive industry for the most part. My catalytic converter was stolen from my car and they were so helpful and informative, and once the claim was approved by Icbc they had my car back on the road within just a couple of days. I had gotten into an accident near Boyd and left my car there in hopes they could fit time in to fix it. Despite being obviously very busy, they were able to accomodate and fix my car very quickly.
