to return the footwear. We bought the cushions. But manager and other indian women was worst in behaviour. That was our last shopping with Browns as they have racism. We paid almost 200 dollars to buy the product and this is how they tackled us. The lady with RFl belt wearing should be a manager as she don’t anyone while assisting My friend bought Mk pump heels, the day we bought the footwear, we already double check with them that if it doesn’t fit can we return it. They said, yes it shouldn’t be used or dirty. Yesterday we went there to return it, there is one female Indian employee having mole on her face, she responded us very rudely. She showed cold shoulders for returning the item. She called the white guy who might be the manager responded us very rudely and said, as an exception you can change the belly but you can not return it. As per the collection, we didn’t like anything as all were same as before. So, there is one more female working there with Rauph Lauren Belt on her trouser that is only I noticed help us to fix the issue. The manager and that indian girl showed us racism as we 3 were indians and said you cannot return it and didn’t ask us the reason to return the footwears for almost 20 minutes nobody acknowledged us then the lady with RFl belt wearing trouble and blonde hairs ask us that if we need the assistance. So, we explained her and she told us the issue is with comfort feet, we have to use cushions. She was nice, friendly and didn’t judge as we were brown coming

I purchased a pair a shoes from Mcarthur glen outlets, Richmond. The shoes I bought they were uncomfortable and my feet were always in pain after wearing those. So I stopped wearing them ans thought I have wasted my money and I can’t return because I have already worn them.
Yesterday Feb 26, 2025 I went to Guildford Mall, Surrey. I had a thought that I should talk to Brown’s staff. The staff recommended me to speak with the manager there. I shared my experience with the manager. The manager advised me to bring my shoes back and if they are still in good condition, he can exchange. So I brought my shoes back and he exchanged my shoes.
I wanted to take a moment to personally thank you for the exceptional customer service he provided during my recent visit to Browns Shoes. His willingness to go above and beyond to facilitate my shoe exchange made the entire experience seamless and stress-free.
The manager’s professionalism, patience, and commitment to customer satisfaction truly stood out, and it’s clear that he takes great pride in ensuring a positive shopping experience for every customer. It’s rare to encounter such genuine care and dedication, and I sincerely appreciate your efforts.
Thank you again for your outstanding service. I will certainly be recommending Browns Shoes to friends and family and look forward to returning in the future.

I came in to see if there were any 530 New Balances I could try on. I picked my preferred pair and stood somewhat close to the counter waiting for someone to come help me. It was not busy and the two girls who weren’t at the counter were chatting until one of the ladies at the counter motioned for one of them to help me. Finally one stepped forward and I asked her, do you guys have this in a size 7? She simply said “no”, and did not offer other possible solutions, (ex. “we have the same style in a different colour you could try on”, “we can order it for you online if you’d like”) I could tell she didn’t want to work so I just left and went to Little Burgundy where I ended up ordering them. This was on July 18th around 2:30pm for reference. ☺️

Absolutely never buying shoes here again. I went to go look for a pair of shoes and one of your employess named Raj had made unnecessary comments about my body. I had also asked him if I could try a shoe in a different size, and he had insisted that the ones I had were fine even though I just wanted to see how my foot would fit in the next size up. When he brought the shoes to checkout, he said he would include this shoe gel without warning us that it would cost and extra THIRTEEN DOLLARS. I've read the reviews and I'm not the only one who has had a similar experience. Perhaps this store could do better with how they treat customers.

I was wanting to try out a pair of loafers just to check if it fits properly which it did. But I did not want a fashion advice from your employee. The unnecessary comment about what I am wearing and the unnecessary touch he made and telling me that I am big is not professional at all. As a sales associate myself, this is not what you want to have on your floor. I am in disbelief in what I've experienced. I've trained multiple people on how to act and respect customer boundaries and none of them did what he did. Please train your associates properly on how to communicate with your customers and tell them to keep their distance from themselves. Touching with no consent is literally not allowed. I did not feel comfortable with what he did. This should not happen at all.

I had a young man named Braiden (spelling?) at the Guilford Surrey location go out of his way to help me find the perfect pair of boots. After trying on several pairs and it taking a good chunk of time, I didn't find a pair that I loved.I felt bad not buying anything after Braiden had worked with me for so long. However, his service and work ethic stood out especially for his generation and young age. Braiden is an asset to the company and has a bright future ahead of himself.

The Egyptian man who is working there which I assume he is the manger was very rude with zero customer service manner. We orders a shoes and they keep messing up the order, which we didn’t say anything about. But instead of him apologizing he was very rude. The girls were working with him are kind, I feel bad for them they have to work which such person. Do better. Brown please hire better mangers.

Nice shoes but over priced. Check around as seen same shoes in different stores for cheaper. Staff is attentive but sometimes don't listen to what you need. I asked the girl to bring another size 9 as there was a mark on the shoe, I watched to talk to other customers and not go check, then she comes back asking if I was going to purchase the shoes. She did not listen to a customer. Purchased suede fixer in a bottle for my boots and girl at teller tried to give me a used bottle, I said no, Bring me a new unused bottle. (Which I checked)Some improvements are needed.

Great customer service and friendly and helpful staff. Thanks Mustafa for the interesting conversation. Hoping for a Browns store closer to Abbotsford at some time. Highly recommend this store for quality shoes and service.Update from yesterday. Wow wow wow - the shoes that were ordered for me to replace a rather snug pair, arrived by FedEx less than 24 hours after I was in the store. Fantastic service⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I bought a pair of sandles a few months back, the strap broke and the Mgr Eslam Wagdy exchange them no questions asked. The staff was friendly service best I've had in a long time. Thanks Mr Wagdy, I'll be shopping here again soon
