I wanted to thank Nathan for his help. I had never shopped at Canada Computers before and was a little hesitant. After I purchased my sons laptop we had a couple of small issues. I called in a panic and Nathan helped me out twice. He was resourceful and friendly. Thank you!

Feels bad to give this review...
Actually a -5 stars experience
I generally have had good experience with this store and Canada Computers in general. Hence, writing a 2 stars review for -ve 5 stars service by workers at this location.
Bought a new clearance laptop online to be picked up in store. When arrived, they pulled out an open box laptop. Upon asking why, they said they will check in the back, no need to worry. After waiting for at least 15-20 mins they could not find a new in box one, ofcourse. But what actually made this a bad experience is that how was this issue handled from here onwards. I was given 3 options. 1. Pay open box price of the original cost (%10 off $850) of this laptop, clearance cost was $477 by the way. 2. When shown that their own website has this exact same model as open box for ~$450, oh now you need wait a day or two as they will need to move to open box. But you were ready to sell me that same laptop as open box less than a minute ago. 3. Or you should get another.
ARE YOU GUYS FOR REAL...
I think this was it for me with Canada Computers...

Very slow. Brought my laptop on Saturday and was told I should get a phone call by Tuesday the following week. Paid a diagnostics fee. 2 weeks came by and not a single phone call. Attempted to call them and no one answers their phone. Went back and took my laptop and requested diagnosis fee to be refunded. I would love to support local business but if this is the service you get, you are unlikely to return and it would be hard to attract new customers and stay competitive. No star should have been given to these people!

I have been to this location twice with my sons and both times the staff have been very knowledgable and pleasant to deal with. We will definately be returning in the future.

Being a computer store especially for gaming PC’s you’d think they would carry power units for monitors the guy was really nice, but solid 2.7/5 reason being is not having much that I actually needed.

They are charging 50% more for thermal paste than the official arctic store is selling them. One thermal paste he reccomended was 28 in store or 14 on amazon. He would not price match it. They do not stock thermal putty at all either so I would be stupid to pay double for the paste and still need to go to Amazon for the putty.

Went here looking for some parts for a pc build, but was still iffy on which would go the best together. Nathan gave amazing service and gave insightful advice and recommendations that weren't just a money grab like other places. Amazing service and I highly recommend this place. I will be back in the future.

Nathan gave us absolutely amazing service helped us and kept it real on the parts we were choosing and didn't try to sell us poor quality stuff. Bought nearly the whole pc that day because of his service and he did not try to rush us at all :)

Great selection, always secondary products available for you to decide what price range you want to partake in. I came for cables and I left with exactly what I needed.

Great selection and prices! I wish they had more mice on display to try the feel out, but they have such a large selection that there just isn't the space for it.

I bought a refurbished laptop which was only $350. Which happened to came with a damaged port, cashier failed to perform a full inspection prior to selling it, and I was unaware of the damage.
Tried to return the laptop. Canada computers refused to refund the product because of physical damage. Stating that I caused it.
