If you ever want to be talked down to and disrespected, this is the car insurance place for you. Absolutely the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had in my life. They wouldn’t even let me speak with an ICBC agent and tried to keep my plates for no reason.

Old guy named Dashpal literally took an hour to renew my insurance. What a joke. No apology or anything and kept coughing on my driver's license and papers. Disgusting, never go here.

Horrible place, worst customer service. I went here with simple question to make changes in payment date lady who owns this place dosent even now the meaning of customer service.Upon visiting there I also noticed she was not even good with her own employee. I thought she was having a bad day but when I checked the reviews on Google not only me but there are many more who had the same experience. I would rather go to a place 10km far.
