One of the worst cleans I have ever experienced… came 45 min early at 8:45 was suppose to start at 9:30AM Saturday morning. I wouldn’t have mind if they let me know but I have a newborn.. the job was terribly done… counters weren’t done, floors weren’t done, there was still peanut butter on the coffee pot and much more.. I will be uploading photos in the comments, also not paying the full amount I am expecting a discount, they came back with in minutes assuming they called there boss saying I was upset and not happy with the job, they walked into my house demanding payment.. they even called the cops on us even tho they were the ones threatening us..

What a wonderful experience we had with Casa Tera. We needed a move out clean the owner is amazing he accommodated us last minute. Place looks amazing sparkling clean, definitely would recommend to friends and family!
