Purchasing an urn was a breeze. The online catalog had detailed photos and dimensions which made selection easy. Prices were very reasonable compared to what the funeral home wanted to charge for a similar product. I appreciated being able to pick it up directly from their warehouse, without worrying about being stuck or damaged in the mail. The pickup process was quick and smooth, and the staff boxed it up well after giving me a chance to look it over.

William from Casket Depot was excellent to deal with and a great communicator. The Urn that we purchased with custom engraving was exactly as pictured and as ordered. The urn was well packaged for shipping which was fast and came with tracking. The experience has been very professional and pleasant all around. We are very pleased with the service, quality of product and the pricing.

I ordered a casket for delivery to Alberta. I can't remember who I spoke to when I called, but they assured me that the casket was well protected during shipping, and that they shipped many caskets. The funeral home received it and it was stunning. I was so happy that we ordered from here! It saved us a lot of money, while also allowing us to have a very beautiful casket for our family member.
