There are always homeless people hanging out between the car wash and store doing drugs. Also the staff isn't aware of the journey offers going on. They are actually clueless. My app says one thing but they say no.

The girl (Ramandeep) was extremely rude and had zero customer service skills. Just cuz system is acting up, she was taking her frustration out on customers. I have always filled up gas at Chevron at other locations in Burnaby and always got excellent service but my experience at Scott Road location next to Tim Horton and across Tesla dealership was never experienced. I wish I could rate NO STAR on service.
The manager could train staff better to teach them how to control situations rather than escalate.

The cashier who's working on Sat May 3, 2025. At 9.15pm, wearing a necklaces and he is indian wearing that thing on his head was so rude and bad mannered. 0 respect. He ignored my hello, and I asked him to show me oil and he reacted so poorly and yelled oh.. take it and go. I taught him a lesson in respect incase his parents didn't so, and made him greet me. He should be fired.

I received the best customer service from a young gentleman today. I think hos name is Karnvir. He was busy working away and I needed some help. He went above and beyond for me when he really didn’t have to. Thank you so much again for all your help.
