I came into buy cigarettes this morning the attendant got the wrong cigarettes rang them in than charged me , when I said I had the wrong package she pretended to void the transaction and charged me for another package and I only got 1.... I want my $20 back today or I'm calling the police after work

Double charge pre-authorization on my credit card a total of $550 pending for a $50 purchase of fuel I didn't bother filling up as the pump wasn't working properly and was trickling what seemed to be fumes barely got a quarter tank for $50 I've had issues with pumps before but this is all around the worst experience with a gas pump in 15 years.

The worsttt chevron in surrey, always out of gas and it throws out gas veryyy slowww. Big time waste if you less time. Thanks, avoid going here.

Helpful staff. Great customer service by vanshika and Gurpartap when i got flat tire. They helped inflating the tire when i did not know how to do that. Thankyou once again.

Pump auto cut failed and gas overflowed & spilled onto the tarmac. Attendant inside the gas station was notified who didnt know how to respond to a spill and attend the issue, and instead was rude and ignorant. She was advised that spill required immediate attention due lineup of cars. Experiencing arrogance in her tone, I inquired of Parkland's customer care number to which she said to lookup into Google. Her attitude was shocking and unacceptable. The other attendant who was working hard outdoors attended the spill. However the one inside the station needs to learn how to be polite and attend customers and the issues.

No sence how to talk to the customers. I visited there today. A girl name Sandeep was working on cash. She said she is a Manager over there but I don't understand that why owners hired those kind of persons as a manager who has no sense how to deal with the customers. Don't want to go there again. Worst management.
