I stopped by this gas station, and let me tell you, the employee (Ravi) there really put a damper on our visit. My friend and I were denied using the washroom together, which was a real hassle. The service was awful. It's a shame that such a simple request couldn't be accommodated. Hopefully, they can work on being more customer-oriented in the future. that employee was beyond rude! Not only did she refuse us using the washroom together, but her attitude was just unpleasant. The service was subpar, and her demeanor made the whole experience even worse. It's essential for businesses to remember that customer service matters, and this gas station fell short in that department. Hopefully, they can improve their service and treat customers with more respect in the future.
"I can't believe it! The nerve of that employee claiming to be the owner just to enforce such a ridiculous washroom policy. Not only was she rude, but pretending to be the owner is totally unprofessional. The service was lackluster, and her false authority just made the whole experience laughable. Businesses should prioritize honesty and good service, something this gas station clearly needs to work on. Hopefully, they learn that honesty and customer respect go a long way in building a positive reputation."

The air filling station here is often out of order. Otherwise, friendly place when a van doesn’t drive through the front doors. 👍

They control charging stations from the office. when ever someone tries to charge the car they low the voltage coming from the charger with the help of Tablet they use inside the store. This happens on every on the run which were located in surrey. No matter when you come to charge they always say the output will be low this time. Most of drivers were willing to pay for it atleast make them work properly.

The chubby girl is the rudest petrol station attendant I've ever dault with. I'm not sure what her problem is, but she kept saying I stopped the charging on my own car and try to escalate the situation for no reason. Not to mention that she refused to turn on the charger when the app was broken. *why would I stop my own charging?!?! For fun?

Worst customer service . In the morning I came around 8.30 am the girl wear a black t shirt is very rude . When I enter the store no greeting and she is on the phone and later I ask it’s prepay or not and she is very rude to me . I do complain to the store manager please hire a good staff how knows the value of morning person . Always say good morning how’s your day going . She has no manners at all . I hope the management team will take action and provide customer service. Parkland Gastation has very good reputation but these employees will spoil their reputation.

Gas station clerk not willing to reset the charging station on his tablet giving me the reason that he can only reset after 3 to 4 hours.As i have experienced other chevrons when the charger doesn’t work they do it all the time.When you need the most these people never there for you.!Being a loyal customer is not a thing anymore

They dont keep good quality matirials. I took the jumper cable from the store and the quality is so bad that it was used once and the second time was not working
