I went to the Chevron ExtraMile at 64th ave n king George surrey late at night because Google Maps showed it as open till 11.30, but when I arrived around 11:25 PM the pumps were shut off and the convenience store was closed — even though the lights were on inside. They wouldn’t let me buy gas or snacks and just told me they close whenever they feel like with no explanation. Really frustrating when you’re low on fuel and counting on advertised hours.”

I can't give a one because I've come here for years and my son is well known here and have always received amazing, kind customer service. I came in there today Nov 14 . 2025 430pm and not one isle in here could fit my small stroller threw to get some milk for my baby. I told the staff and they just starred and me watched me struggle once I got upset they finally helped me but to just stare at me as I'm struggling trying to move stuff with my stroller ,things could fall and there just starring. They were very unkind very poor customer service was a shock because u normally have friendly staff.

I stopped by the Chevron today, and had a really great experience. The attendant Nikhil greet me and he was very helpful. The prices are cheaper.It was amazing experience. I will definitely visit here again.

18 july 2025. 5:38pm. There is a guy hairs are curly his behaviour is very rude , disrespectful and not giving the proper service and predicted that he is not will to do the work because whenever any quesis arised he is giving wrong answers in very rude way

I have been to this location quite a few times and really appreciate the service, the staff here is excellent especially Mani, he is really kind and helping, they had a contest today in which he helped us register and guided us in the best way he can. Even showed us how to use the app online and how to collect points and recieve gifts and rewards. Best employee Chevron can ever have.
