I stopped at this Chevron location today and had an issue with one of the staff members. I threw away a small bag of car garbage, which is exactly what the trash bins at the pumps are there for — customer use while cleaning out their vehicles.
Instead of handling the situation politely, the staff member spoke to me in a rude and unprofessional way. I wasn’t disposing of household waste or anything excessive, just normal car trash. It was disappointing to be treated that way when I was using the bin for its intended purpose.
I hope the management looks into this and reminds staff that customer service and respectful communication are important.

14 minutes to pump 84L of gas, with no one else sharing the pump! It was taking so long I started timing it...10 seconds to pump 1 litre of gas! If I'd known that I would have scheduled a conference call to make better use of my time.

The car wash brushes need to be changed. The brushes are old and beat up and they scratch the cars. I went here and my car got scratched because of the old foam brush but the customer service was good by harsimran

This is a local Chevron I stop on a weekly basis. Today, while I was at the station to fill up the tank, I was greeted by an attendant, Harsimran, with a wonderful smile. Customer service does not take much; A smile and some friendly words can make customers very happy.

Station was well lit and clean and in a convenient location. A lot of stations I passed on this driving trip were less expensive, but most only by 2 cents per liter, so not a lot. Only Costco and Super Save were appreciably cheaper (6 cents and 7 cents per liter respectively).

The andentants use the carwash for free and close it with cones so you can't use it.

Worst customer service. Obviously they don't care about customers. So therfore I use their competitors. I would suggest the same. Besides the convenience store is so overpriced it's ridiculous. Save your money shop elsewhere.
